I kinda feel sorry for pro players when a new game comes out. Obviously 5 and Infinite are both Halo but they're also very different. I'm glad Frosty has found his footing because I can imagine it must be extremely frustrating having a game change make many of the talents you've spent years honing are now useless.
Overall agree, hard to make a top 5 with so much talent. Can’t ignore the rest of the sentinels roster, but trippy and lucid have definitely shown up to these last tourneys.

These are my predictions for top 5 after Raleigh. #1 Lucid & Frosty (yes, I'm a cheater) #2 Snakebite (I'm biased) #3 Renegade (devastating mechanics) #4 Royal 2 (The stat demon will shine in infinite😈) Ola my fave so this was tough.. #5 Trippy (Edged out my list for playmakers in Infinite. When there's ice in his veins he is THE high percentage flex player imo. Reminds me of Snakebite or Ola with his ability to make something out of nothing) Love the content dude! DGA FTW!
@@DeviousGruntAlliance Do you remember when he competed in the Halo 2 anniversary open? Formal won with a pickup team. Against established teams. Then he just went back to cod, no big deal lol. Recency bias is definitely a thing and ever since I heard he was coming back to Halo I've been thinking, not only can this man come back, but he might come back and dominate. It might hurt egos, but Formal is still top 5 Halo players in my opinion, not based off wins, but based on the level of dominance he showed. His pov, like frosty or shotzzys, wasn't like any others. No fat on his reticle placement. No windmilling. Truly one of the iciest to play fps 💯 Btw, I'm not even the biggest Formal 'fan', just calling it how I sees it. He's a nightmare to play against and I would love to see him on an elite squad. Like Ola, his instincts are incredibly impressive. your list is solid, but kinda sucks teams been dodging Sen this whole time, i dont understand why people cant put there egos aside and scrim the Sen line up, if its personal sure thing, try work it out, but there is a reason Sen won just before, its because they were able to scrim and figure out how halo infinite actually flows, the main advantage Optic has is map control and controlling spawns, and Sen figured it out and came back to win it in a convincing fashion, Frosty is the best mechanical player in there line up, but everyone sleeping on the rest of there line up.
Watching Frosty take over in that series vs Optic and almost drag his team to that win makes me struggle to not put him at 1. But at the same time Lucid looks like he's playing an entirely different game. I think its almost a 1A and 1B between Frosty and Lucid but understandable to put Lucid a 1.
Dude the other day I was playing and some dude went 35-10 and it was very discouraging. I heard people are able to use aim bots and idk how to tell if they are using bots or if we just had a bad game or just sucked. Currently ranked diamond 1

The problem with lucid is his toxicity. So no thanks, on my list he won't be a top player until he gets his ego checked. For me, the top guys I like to watch and who also are super skilled are Frosty, snakebite, and snipedown

Ya for sure. Even though he was one of the better Halo 5 players and never placed outside the Top 4. Shotzzy was just built different.
