    A Healthy, Super-Delicious Side Dish!
    Here’s a dish that’s as healthy as it is scrumptious. Brussels sprouts are pan-roasted until they become deeply flavorful and sweet, then tossed with crunchy salted pistachios and deliciously earthy farro. Every bite of this dish is a joy.
    Of course, this recipe makes for a perfect side dish with meats or poultry. But for a light main course, serve it with a couple of other sides - like this sautéed Swiss chard with lemon zest (bit.ly/1u4Amdv) and these luxurious mashed potatoes with garlic confit (bit.ly/13OAJ21).

    hi great video, but you forget to mention how much of each goes in. If I make for two people then how much of everything do i need?

      and also is farro the same as spelt? We don't have Farro in my country

      +Rodoriginal101 You can use any kind of whole grain for this dish. Spelt is good, barley is also delicious. Bon appetit!

      +Food & Style Thanks for your reply. I made it yesterday and it was delicious. I used unsalted pistachios though, to make it a little healthier.
