This video was filmed in 3 segments, so it could be smoother. I just wanted to let you know that an Arrowhead Plant can get a good pruning & come back just fine. I love all the new growth that's appearing now!

Sometimes I have stayed away from Syngoniums for this reason, but you have definitely given me some great ideas on how to care for them. By the way, your living room is beautiful. 🤗

Yes, they sure do get leggy. And thank you, that is actually my kitchen! Nell

I have 8 main stems from the base of the soil. I've successfully propagated many cuttings. But I'm unsure what to do with my main mother/plant. I could repot in a deeper pot. So three or four inches deeper and they would be standing firmer at the base. But the stems are long and perhaps I need a repot plus some things to hold the main middle stems. ?
Your last shot of hanging side branches is cool, totally understand that but I don't know to how then encourage middle growth inside the plant? In the middle?

I had no idea it starts to grow like that. I have my first oke, bought it almost 2 years ago, and i just started to become concerned about it being droopy even though its all healthy. I had no idea it would turn into this. Wow.

The "final" result was outside - was that for lighting or do you keep your syngonium outside on a shaded patio? I always thought Tucson was too hot for that! Glad you made this video - a few months ago I chopped my syngonium for the first time and I just planted it back into one pot again this weekend! Btw if you have extra cuttings that you don't want to compost, I'm sure the Free Little Garden Stands around Tucson would love the donations!

Yes, way too hot to grow it outdoors! The cuttings have all been given away to good homes. Nell

If I have a plant in water, what kind of fertilizer do I get? Thank you.

You can just use the blue miracle grow granules and sprinkle a pinch in water.
