Father asks for lower sentence for woman who sold drugs that killed his son

His son died after overdosing on fentanyl-laced cocaine, and the dealer who sold him the drugs was charged with his murder. But some experts say harsher punishments don't actually keep drugs off the streets -- and this man chose a path of forgiveness instead.
