  • Do you ever question if it's worth waiting for your wife to come back? Does it feel like your separation is dragging on indefinitely? We all need to be reminded sometimes why we do the things we do. This episode is for the men who are sick of being in no man's land, and need a pep talk to remember why they're still holding onto hope for their wife.
    When you're doubting whether it's worth it to keep going, I want this episode to be one that you can listen to and go, "Oh yeah, that's why I'm still waiting for my wife... That reason is worth choosing to keep going.

      Me too Bruno…on month number 7, she filed in June, but even though she’s said it’s over a few times, nothing has happened yet. She loves me and sees my changes

    I like it Stephen. I think it’s good. However, rather then just “waiting” how about growing by learning how to manage your emotions, improving your communication skills, so that you give her the best version of you for her to come back to?

    Thank you Stephen, the reasons that you give in this video was just what I needed to hear. I was going to speak to my wife on Saturday to let her know my intention to leave the family home after 7 months of separation. However, the reasons that you give in this video has given me the strength to carry on waiting. My wife has not mentioned divorce for 3 months and I feel like my life is in limbo, however, my wife has been unhappy in our marriage for at least four years, so seven months in a drop in the ocean. I subscribed to your course yesterday and it is really helping! Please keep up the excellent work. Much manly love👍🏾

    Thank you Stephen, this is the video I needed to see right now. Wife and I have been separated since February 2022 (she left) and whilst she still doesn't want to reconcile, she has in the past said we are 'seeing how things go'. We get on well when she visits, but her visits only happen when our son returns home from University at present. She shows little inclination to reconcile, or even spend any time alone with me (even to go to shops, or occassional evening out), despite us supposedly seeing how things go. She seems to be making little to no effort to help mend our marriage and relationaship, compared to me, and I have begun to feel latelty that I may be done with trying. However, watchign this video has given me the focus to give us more time, and see how christmas goes (she has said she will have christmas dinner with me and our son). I remain hopeful we can reconcile, but it does need some input form her side at some point too.

    Thank you so much for your videos and I needed this one. I’ve been separated from my wife for 6-7 months now and the last few days I’ve been wanting to give up and I’m seeing god’s signs of not giving up and your video is apart of that sign. Everything she didn’t like over the years I’ve changed I’ve been sober 11 months from alcohol, I’m down 110 pounds, I’m more understanding she calls me everyday to talk about her day, we now go to the gym together, we have 3 beautiful kids together and they love seeing us together, we haven’t fought once during this separation but this morning she’s texting me saying she hates feeling alone. How should I handle this?

    No self respecting man would ever take a cheating wife back. If you do she will lose respect for you.

    This guy I know is still waiting since 2015 for his cheating wife to come back like an idiot. She sleeps with so many men and tells him she will never come back to him. She slept with his cousin and doesn’t care. She says she won’t get back with him but won’t divorce him so that she can hold the marriage over his head because she knows how he feels about the covenant. This lady is evil and I believe men should STOP allowing these women who are unevenly yoked and committing adultery. This lady hasn’t even looked back for him. Stop failing our young men with this nonsense of standing when the wives are clearly telling the husbands that they don’t want them anymore.

    She ran away and filed for divorce - it was final 10/22. We had lunch after the divorce and a couple more conversations then she blocked me everywhere. We don't have kids but I believed we had a great relationship.
    Should I keep waiting? I bumped into her in church she said we will never have a future...

    Sorry but if she has been with other men its over. Its not about her its about your own self respect and self love. Never be plan B, never been a back up plan. She will come back only if her choice for chad ends up failing. Be true to yourself and do what she did. Chose to be happy on your own.

    You very briefly referred to 'midlife crisis' here in your video! Some coaches say that it could last in women between 3 to 5 years though have not seen any evidence for such an argument! What does the data say about the chances of reconciliation here if you know? Thanks.

    • @ShadowBeard77
      @ShadowBeard77 Год назад

      Apparently there isn't any evidence in the social sciences to suggest such a thing as a midlife crisis even exists. This is mainly because the public consideration of what a midlife crisis is is too broad. I saw this on another reputable channel and researched based on that also, and I couldn't find any sound evidence either.

    • @mano33
      @mano33 Год назад +1

      @@ShadowBeard77 It certainly exists but however it appears that not enough research has been done on it or otherwise publicly publishes and as you say the definition of what it is is very board. The experience though is out of a movie and very shocking thus such an experience certainly exists no matter what one wants to name it!

    • @ShadowBeard77

      As someone who has a science degree I can irrefutably say that if the alternate hypothesis is too broad then the power of the study is weak. The whole point of science is to the explain the object of the investigation. Anyways, maybe it will be understood better in future. Who knows?

    EVEN WHEN SHES SLEEPING WITH OTHER MEN?!!!!!!!!! It’s like some men are using God as an excuse for standing for their marriage but in all reality they are waiting for their wives to stop sleeping around. How disgusting. I’m sick of people just allowing these women to sleep around while they stand in pain, disgust and agony. God does NOT want that for His children! It’s also teaching your sons that if they choose a cheating wife, that it’s ok for a husband to wait for their wife to get tired of being ran through by men other than her husbands like idiots while their mother sleeps around. NO BUENO
