It's amazing to me how sensitive, cool the mom was to allow her suffering child at age puberty! to begin transitioning with hormones. I've read where one or two 'puberty aged' transistioner's began hormone therapy with parent / doctor permissions and support who later changed their minds. I honestly don't think that could have happened without being allowed to fully know, know. As in what was best for them, to 'get' themselves. The process would be her melting the filler that is already in the lips first and then going in to make them a better natural shape without the filler. If she chooses to get more filler after it then that’s up to her but a lip lift isn’t going to be done with all that filler in there

no reputable surgeon would ever agree to giving her a further lip lift as the space between her nose and lips is already so so small, judging by her before and after pictures it's evident that she's already had a lip lift along with multiple fillers to achieve a more 'feminine' appearance yet it's bordering on comical at this point. her wanting this further procedure was most likely scripted for the video as the scene with her mother seemed very contrived and acted. she would look even more of an angler fish monster if she underwent a further lip lift.

As a doctor, absolutely NO to hormonal therapy for children, i would go to the ROOT of his trans issue: the familiy and friends. Some of these poor kids are sexually abused in early childhood, neglected by parents, low income non educated families. Is there any rule about do no harm that applies to plastic surgeons? As the procedures get more and more extreme, I worry that two things aren't being addressed... the health risks of the procedures, and the psychological aspect of plastic surgery addiction.
I guess there is such a rule. But I also guess many surgeons mostly care about the money🤷 There will always be a way for them to argue (legally and to their own conscience) that they didn't do any harm, especially if a patient is totally convinced they need a certain procedure.
Look out for pain pill dependence. When anyone of us does undergo, multiple surgeries for whatever reasons, legitimate pain pill prescriptions, go with it. Not preaching. Really just caring to be straight with you. In my personal experiences, observations, over and throughout 3 generations ~ Now, I feel, is a good time to be honest. For my own tastes I think a lip lift would be a good idea IF she also cuts down on the intense lip fillers. It could give her big lips with a more natural appearance / less of a duck bill look if she uses it in place of the fillers. I say 'he' because if you were to take an x-ray of his skeleton it would show him to be a male. Likewise if you were to test his DNA the results would also come back male. Science tells us he is a male. And all the pretending in the world won't change that. Him and his mother may live in a fantasy world, but I don't.

Pronouns are used for social reasons more so than scientific ones. I can recognise that she was born male but still use she/her pronouns as she is transgender.

And pronouns, like all words, are used to convey thoughts, and label things, to make for a smooth communication. If a certain group just up and decides to change definitions to suit their agenda, it is a bogus move.

Meaning, don’t cover as often those who take it to the extreme and aim to look like the next Barbie or Kim K, but rather those who’ve had minimal transition-related surgery. Use your platform to shed light on those who are a little less privileged ($) and less shallow.
Amen. Driving Lexus's and getting Botox together like going out for lunch every month. That sh!t ain't cheap! It's a shame for many folks who feel they want to portray what they feel inside on the outside are not able to do nearly as much as people like this because they do not have the money. These surgeries are not considered necessary so they aren't covered by insurance and not everyone was born with a silver spoon. To those who transition, know people accept you for who you are, not how you look. Know that you're beautiful/handsome as you are.

Folks let’s admit it her surgery looks AMAZING compared to some of the other people ya’ll are to afraid to tell that they’re surgery looks bad out of fear of being labeled a trans - phobic. Ya’ll have no problem calling out CIS gender people to let them know their surgery looks like crap but, won’t do it for someone whose transitioning. Either way her surgery looks amazing. She needs to give some of these other people transitioning her surgeon. I would of never been able to tell.

Is there any rule about do no harm that applies to plastic surgeons? As the procedures get more and more extreme, I worry that two things aren't being addressed... the health risks of the procedures, and the psychological aspect of plastic surgery addiction.
I guess there is such a rule. But I also guess many surgeons mostly care about the money🤷 There will always be a way for them to argue (legally and to their own conscience) that they didn't do any harm, especially if a patient is totally convinced they need a certain procedure.
Look out for pain pill dependence. When anyone of us does undergo, multiple surgeries for whatever reasons, legitimate pain pill prescriptions, go with it.
Not preaching. Really just caring to be straight with you. In my personal experiences, observations, over and throughout 3 generations ~ Now, I feel, is a good time to be honest. For my own tastes I think a lip lift would be a good idea IF she also cuts down on the intense lip fillers. It could give her big lips with a more natural appearance / less of a duck bill look if she uses it in place of the fillers. But maybe she wouldn't be interested in a more natural look and that's totally fine too.
