True. May work in some instances and it looks awesome but it is so annoying to have it always blocked
You're right. Stay away. Also, the lock is easy to engage unintentionally.
KC Tool does not carry the Wiha Auto Adjust Pliers. Lowes, however, does.
Just got me a set today and there definitely different....... Lol but I can see where they can come in handy especially with plumbing and stuff
interesting tool💪🏼
You can buy Knipex auto adjust pliers.
Also the Wiha pliers I have are really not very good. They say "Germany" on them, I assume that's where mine are made.
I am looking into getting the Knipex auto adjust pliers to review.
I bought these yesterday, don't like the feel of the quality. Really don't like that latch.
If I'd watched this before, I'd not ought them.
I will give them a chance, knowing they won't last.
I use them as a beater tool. The jaw design is actually quite nice... everything else.. not so much.
Wiha dont have any factory in germany ..... they produce this in wietnam in their own factory with they own standards.
Wiha does have a factory in Germany, as well as Switzerland, Poland and Vietnam. Many of their tools are manufactured in Germany.
@@ParklanCustom Some screwdrivers are made in Germany. Pliers are made in Vietnam - and depending on model, some better then Knipex made in Germany, some similar, and some sub-Knipex but still very good.
@@ParklanCustom sadly a lot of times they just do the finishing touches, like intall the rotating plastic cap on a screwdriver, which is just a pop on motion of the worker/machine, so they can legally print made in germany on the tool, but wiha, knipex remains still the best quality tools anyway
