Got this knife today my sheath has no issues, I love the weight and feel of the knife and seeing these test just confirms that it's a solid knife for the awesome price.
Flissa has some pretty good and surprising qualities! Not to mention that their prices offer up a MAJOR BARGAIN for what you're getting! Gruggs, I'll make a gorilla tape sheath for it and it'll still be a win! You're picking out some major winners here man!!!
Just bought this knife and really think it was a great addition to the collection for the price. The sheath is crap, but the knife is pretty solid in hand and I was able to do all of the woodwork tests much as in your video. Thanks for posting this video. Nice channel!
I got this knife. It is awesome for the price. My sheath is a little on the loose side. I had an extra BPS dangler sheath. It works really well. About 1/2 to 3/4 inch extra room in the bottom. Very happy with my new setup. I decided to play with the stock sheath. Here is my "ghetto" solution. I took a Bic lighter and held it in the opening with the flame actually up in but not touching the sides etc. Heated it up a little and where the two sides on the inside, where blade actually goes in, got it hot and slightly "shiny." Then I stepped on it compressing the opening. The plastic melted a little and got tighter. I let it cool a bit and shoved the knife in. Now it holds tight. Good enough that does not shake out when upside down. Dangler is now back up. Sorry, I did not get thru all the comments. If somebody else recommended this earlier, then let me also second the fix. Works for my sheath.
Update to my original post. I have a leather sheath from "Hide and Drink" that fits better than the BPS Dangler. I found a video on it in RUclips. I got mine from Amazon. I now have 3 sheaths. Guess gotta buy another Flissa.......
@@LegionTacticoolCutlery I have both the P220 45 regular and P220 10mm Legion. I did customize my 45 with all the same parts as the Legion from the Tool Steel Hammer, Sear, Disconnector and Trigger, Slide Stop and Decocker Lever, G10 Hogue Grips and Trijicon HD night Sight I call it the DIY Legion package. I have done the DIY package on a P226 40sw/357sig and the P220 45 but I have all the parts to also do it on a P227 police trade in that I picked up a couple of months ago but I have not had the time to sit down break the pistol down put in the Ultrasound cleaner and rebuild it. I have a buddy that told me that he can Cerakote the P227 for me since it has a couple of ugly spots and since we were in the same squadron in the Navy where I worked on Electronics boxes and he did corrosion and hydraulics he can do the Cerakote very well.
GRuggs! Well carrying the Schrade sentiment and a second Schrade for fun. . For $25 yeah worth the chance. Looks like you got a good little knife there. It does the outdoor stuff really well so yeah great pickup for $25. Nice lightup and great video brother G. Thank you!
Yeah man I like mine. The JB Weld I used on the sheath has worked great. I'm working on a better carry system for it, maybe some soft loops. It fits and looks great in my LionSteel B41 Bushcraft knife leather sheath for now.
Looks great my friend. Check out the Flissa 9" bushcraft knife D2 steel three models available micarta Wood and G10. High recommended knife. Slaudos Amigo
I think the exposed part of the blade in the sheath is meant to be a seatbelt cutter or Paracord cutter is my guess .. if it's a good knife id probably get a sheath made for it .. I'd rather they put the price of the knife into the knife rather than the sheath anyway 👍
@@LegionTacticoolCutlery due to ur review i ordered one thanks . but no ... here near the smoky mountians in TN we have a lot of down trees red and white oak and hickory my point is oak is really hard my D2 KIZER CABOX does ok even on oak it's not a winkler blueridge .BUT this knife might be one of the best kept value for the money i like D2 steel . thanks for the channel and review
@@LegionTacticoolCutlery That D2 must be pretty awesome. 1" shorter, sheath issue, I didn't make the same choice, so, now I'm just shocked ,and not owning Flissa D2, somewhat vexed. Guess I'll rewatch both vids.
A bic lighter and 5 seconds would fix that sheath , i just don't like the shape and size of the sheath . I would rather it be a kydex i could put a ulticlip on and move on.

get u a seasoned white oak limb and pound on it like that and see if the blade chips or rolls, looks like softer wood their.
So you think if a bushcrafter goes out for a hike they will find seasoned white oak?
