Hey there, Jane! I am LOVING your videos!!! I’ve been a runner since I was a kid. However, I took a break to have children. 5 children later, and I’m finally getting back to it. I feel like a total newbie at this point and I’m a little overwhelmed by all the things needed. The Tailwind endurance fuel, would that be for a long run (10 miles or more) or would a shorter run (3 miles or so)? Or both? Do you have a website? So regarding your Tailwind question, it's best for a long run because it has a lot of sugar/carbs to give you the nutrition that you need.
