Definitely, they'd credit you if you have a Masters...But a little caveat your path must be NDip/Dip-->BTech/AdvDip/BEngTech-->BEngTech(honours)-->MEng/MscEng(Structured or Professional) Research Masters are NOT accepted.Two universities I know that offer structured/professional Masters are ut Stellenbosch(Structured) or Wits University ( Professional),this in a nutshell only means that the Masters degree is mainly composed of coursework and perhaps a small research report,not a thesis like in the research masters..and that MEng Professional/Structured must be carriculated such that advanced engineering studies recognised by ECSA

if you already have BTech, They often credit you for some of first or second year courses so you can enroll for Bsc(eng)
