jeezus...not THAT bad, but the bumps aren't from 'stuff coming out of it' -- it's likely "solvent pops" which often happen with spray cans (well, all spray painting), especially when cooler/cold outside, and you're in Canada you said. Solution is to warm up the cans in a hot bucket for ~10 minutes before spraying, paint will flow and lay sooooo much smoother.
I learned how to paint wheels because i would change color every 6 months or so. Got expensive lol it becomes therapy after a while. Looks cool man!!!

When you get to the end of paint on the can it tends to do that its happened to me a couple times. But great job man!!!
What about bolts?
did you have to sand down the area between the lip and the face of the wheel, where the bolts that surround the rim face are at?
I just peeled one by one. I would just tape it before you spray
