I'm still wondering if I should just chrome the grey piece of the grille, or completely dechrome. I kind of like the chrome grill look. The rest ... yeah definitely looks better blacked out. Yours is cobal blue too, not too many of those around. But I think it's the best color.
On the lower window trim pieces, how did you cut the upper part? There is the hard black plastic that prevents you from tucking underneath. I'm concerned that cutting it flush to that black plastic it will show some chrome if not now, then when the vinyl shrinks in the future.
gdubby Yeah man you have to cut the vinyl pretty much butt up to the rubber, the only way unfortunately, just make sure you bake it in after applying the film and see if you can see the chrome. If you can't you should be good to go!
You did a great job!.... however I don’t know why someone would want to cheapen an Acura and make it look like a civic. I would have just did the grille.
+John Doe To be honest this trend has been going on for a long time, and maybe 5% of the cars I do the window trims on are Honda Civics. This seems to be more popular with the more high end cars.
really nice job ! I love the chrome accent of the new front grill badge, makes it really pop

How did you wrap the door handles? Did you take them off?
He says it in the video that he didn't need to....
How did you get the outside Window Weatherstrip out?

Quería saber cómo se llama lo que usaste para cubrir lo cromado
Gloss Black Vinyl Wrap, Avery Denisson
You should at least show how you wrapped it lol
Dude it's Honda not acura
+Denial xander it's an Acura TSX with a Euro Accord conversion. The front grille was swapped.
More Honda than Acura as it's made in the Japanese plant (at least mine here in Aus was)
