Leonard was over an hour away, at home, yet drove all that distance to make it to thay bridge to arrest only the female while the supposed boyfriend not only was not arrested, but has never been identified nor stepped up to speak for Tabitha, tell his side of the story or show up at the boat ramp. The whole story stinks of smoldering trash in a rolling dumpster fire. There's so much more evidence that destroys this story, it clear they're covering up for a crime they are guilty of.

@@Just_Jammie_and_Billy like he didn't know the area it was his first arrest he texted his wife he lost control that's how the car ended up in the water far as I'm not knowing who the girl is is b******* because he had to talk with the boyfriend also that the argument started at the bridge they were at the cop is at total fault I don't care what anyone says he was texting on his phone that he made his first arrest that's when they got the call that's when the car went in the water blah blah blah

Her name is TABITHA SMITH..she leaves children, a mother, a sister, a Husband & many many friends behind! She was so young! It seems now that we can begin to sort out the facts that she hadn't committed any crimes but instead had upset the officer by yelling at him...rookies hate that it seems! And arguing with your husband or wife isn't anything to be arrested for! They weren't in anyone's way, they were not threatening anyone not even each other, they weren't dodging through traffic etc eye witness' say. The county is 100% responsible for both lives I feel. And yes it's been confirmed he did text his wife. It's a senseless & heartbreaking tragedy ಠಿ_ಠಿ
