We’re not big on caged animals either (as I just stuffed our 65 lb Lab puppy in her crate for the night)... looks like a fun 24 hours! Interesting food too!
thank you very much for speaking out against wild animal cafes! Raccoons are nocturnal animals and shouldn't be held in captivity for tourists entertainment. It's a good rule of thumb to avoid any kind of wild animal experiences anywhere in the world. Although there are cat cafes that have cats who are up for adoption, that would be the kind of place to highlight. We all make mistakes and we appreciate you acknowledging that this kind of activity should be avoided.

In Japan we went to a cat cafe and they all seemed like they were either cool with it and wanting to play, or just didn't really mind (they had places to escape to if they didn't want to be petted etc), but then we went to an Owl cafe and had the same experience you guys had here. Seems like such a great idea, but then the reality isn't as good as the idea.

The animals there were much happier then the dogs I saw Roasted and offered for sale in other asian countries, I have not been to Seoul , It would be nice if they did not eat cats and dogs. We have to respect other cultures......I guess. The Chinese went far beyond that during the time of the Red Guard.

There are more raccoons in populated areas then in the non populated areas. They love the pet food people put out.

I have a short layover in Seoul on my next trip to VN. I'm surprise it's not that cold there in January.
