Kindly don’t invalidate this person. She internalized hate. A brain works like this. It starts young when concepts are forming. Children are vulnerable and if not taught self love they will internalise thoughts of others and that becomes a voice in head that makes you do things. So it’s okay that you and many others can be ill informed, but hopefully more awareness of mental health and parenting spreads.
