Crabstick + Dijon mustard sandwich

[Ingredients]
-Source: Mayonnaise / Butter / Wholegrain mustard / Nut mix / Maple syrup
-Tomato / Romaine / Red Onions / Lucola / Avocado / Crabstick / Ciabatta
[Recipe]
1. Make Sauce

-Mix these in a bowl
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise,
1 tablespoon Butter,
1 tablespoon Wholegrain mustard,
2 tablespoons Maple syrup.
2. Prepare Ingredients

-Rinse and drain the Romaine and Rucola lettuce
-Cut off the Romaine tip.
-Slice tomatoes.
-Cut the onions in a round shape.
-Slice avocados
-Tear the crab meat along the grain.
3.Make Sandwich

-Put enough sauce on ciabatta bread.
-Put Romaine, Rucola lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion, and crab meat on top.
-Place sauce on top of it again.
-Cover the rest of the bread.
-Wrap the sandwich with parchment paper.
-Cut it in half and enjoy it.

마요네즈에 버터 범벅할거면 디종머스타드 먹는의미가 없지않나? 저렇게 설탕,화학조미료,기름 등등 범벅할거면...그냥 싸구려 오뚜기 머스타드먹어될듯
