We used to dance all night on mushrooms it was one of the most incredible dance experiences ever after the initial rocky comeup… Abusing mushrooms has the same after affects of Alcoholism. Memory loss and depression, inability to sleep etc etc.. The Thais in the mountains get it a lot because they are well into their mushrooms 🍄
Brother why do you always sit on a room,I wish to see you in parks,flowers trees behind you wind blowing birds chirping etc I hope you make videos in nature instead of room,most of the guys make in room or sitting in a car,i wish to see guys making videos in parks etc with nature...just like high vibrational king and clasik obas channel...
If you wish to see a park or flowers/trees, with the birds chirping. Get of youtube and go outside and explore. These are informative videos not visual stimuli.
Consistency in Meditation is fruitful and rewarding. Even if you feel lazy, sleepy or believe you do not have time to do meditation, just spend at least few minutes. Those few minutes will accumulate and bear its fruits in course of a year, 1% progress is better than none.
Meditation is not a past time or hobby. In order to benefit you have to orient your whole life toward living with an awakened awareness. Its no good meditating for one hour a day and then giving your Ego carte blanche for the remaining 23 hrs. And meditation is merely a tool. Its not an end in and of itself. Once you can transition to meditating 24hrs a day and yes that includes transition into sleep fully lucid. In other words your life now unfolds within your meditation. You then no longer need formal meditation. However this cannot be forced. Go do a 10 Day Vipassana retreat. It was completely free and life changing. Learnt more in those 10 days than thousands spent on all of these so called Gurus

Person must know correct procedure to gain most life force, main goal is to get the most life force because life force is needed for developoment. 2. One must stay with this procedure for years and not just for long time but each season must be high quality and longer time it is why it is art.

I'm not saying meditation does nothing or waste of time, I used to do it every day for an hour, still do it irregularly but this post does not reflect well, in my opinion.
