I'm day 34 but was edging (with use of 🌽) for a while this morning and got like 2 hours sleep cause of the urges/pent up energy, eyes are more tired and red and overall little more tired (obviously that's going to be the result of it though) didn't finish but did have a decent amount of prec*m come out but was practicing kegals when close also, my question is does that count as a full on relapse yes or no because I didn't release and still have energy and know ill be back to feeling the way I did+better before I edged after a refeed and good night's rest for maybe a day or 2

i really agree with that, Sr will make you feel bad feelings at first because you acostummed your body and your mind to a costant artificial release, normally the flat line or negative emotions men should not feel them, but, because if you where 5 years or more on pmo you will be miserable at first, its like a witdrawal when someone cutts of some drug like weed, crack or something like that, You will FEEL BAD, but after you dopamine is healed and your body is acostummed to a new reality you will be happy (meaning a reality when you only realease if you are with a girl or if you conciusly decide to release if its with the purpose of reproduction).

I have been practicing SR for about 3 years on and off now. Longest streak was 7 months. In my experience SR has been at the crux of all the major changes I have made in my character and in my life. It is the fuel for the engine, but also note that an engine can lose its proper function if not cycled/driven for long enough. This cycling and integration of ones fuel/energy through breathing and exercise (specifically lower body) becomes increasingly important as SR streaks increase in length.

So is it ok to stay on SR and celibacy forever or you need to break from time to time?

I've found what helped me control my aggression was strength training paired with combat sports, mindful walks in nature, and fixing my relationship with God. Keep doing God's work. Kings will rise.

Time lines are cool but it's still person to person age, diet, genetics, activity level, and mind/body/spirit connection all have something to do with this. Some progress quicker some slower but it's okay and all love as long as it's done for the right reasons. It's also okay if done for wrong reasons because it can potentially make a person evolve into the right reasons.
