BullRed07 Indeed. Unless you want to live under the bridge, you better work in Italy and Greece, too, lol. The trick is to TAKE CHARGE of your own destiny instead of being passive-aggressive like the guy above.

You can do it, but you must find what you love, be willing to take risks and work without waiting for a slap on the back, and don't listen to negative people. It's up to you to make the decision.
One of my favorite things is the way he always smells his ingredients for his own pleasure. Cooking truly makes him happy and he appreciates every bit of it!

A woodfired oven (for me) is a pretty fancy equipment. I get what you're saying, that's what Italian cuisine is all about :D

I have never had gnocchi before so I don't know what it taste like. But i decided to give a try and im not sure it came out the way its suppose to.
I boiled it first then sautéd it in butter and parley until golden , it taste like potato and it was soft and silky when i ate it and i enjoyed it.
