7:42 in chiang mai i did a chiang mai/chiang rai 3 day jeep exploration package with my family. It included an elephant experience at a sanctuary, wats, monkeys, etc. etc. for 7,000 THB per person. All food was included as well as the hotel. I recommend doing something like that if u want a few action packed days. I did it with redbrick jeeps.

Can I ask you who and how you booked that experience? Were the elephants rideable? Is redbrick jeeps the company you went with? Thanks!

@ red bricks jeeps is the company. The elephants were not rideable. I personally didn’t find or book the place; my uncle did.

Very informative on what to do and where to go in Phucket, but unfortunately a bit misleading in regards to the time and distance between the points highlighted. There is no “walk” from Kata Beach to the Big Bhudda, that’s a minimum 2 hour walk and a 30-40 minute drive if Phucket traffic permits. Grabbing a bite to eat in Old Town after the Big Bhudda is possible after a 3 hour walk or 60+ minute car/bus ride. Phucket is much bigger than presented on here and travel times between places varies highly on the chaotic traffic conditions. Not discouraging anyone from experiencing this wonderful itinerary for themselves, just adding a little bit of present reality to it as I’m currently sitting in Phucket traffic typing away..😅

Hi Jack! Thank you for a great video. So helpful man! I am headed to Phuket as a solo traveler for 2 weeks in september. So far I’ve planned 2 days in Patong and then 3 days to explore Koh Phi Phi which I think should be plenty. After that I have a little over 1 week left and was wondering what you would recommend, would you have gone south to Ra Wai beach and explored Coral Island and Racha Island? They seem beautiful and I am more interested in the snorkeling and nature adventure than the nightlife. Thank you for your videos man great content!

Thanks man. If you are there for 2 weeks I would consider exploring the other nearby islands as well. Take a look at Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi and Krabi. I have a Thailand travel planning company where I work with people directly to plan their trips. If you are interested, get in touch through the link in the description
