Dasaita is king. I love my radio. Had mine for about a year and it's great. I will only get android radios from now on.

@@aaronsmith2310 no, I got no issue with the sound in my unit. The DSP makes a big difference. I change my factory speakers set up as well. Its a really good radio.

for 2.5yrs now I have been using a joying 10.1 android head unit and I absolutely love it but its has now gone outdated and cant be upgraded with the dsp like the newer units have. you just gave me another unit to research and check further reviews for my 2008 ford expedition. My joying has video in/out but neither are HDMI. I am using an rca to HDMI converter. I do like the HDMI out on the unit you just previewed and like you I would like to see HDMI in/out capabilities. I also want to upgrade my 2010 Lincoln mkx that has the factory navigation and so on with a universal 10.1 or bigger android head unit as well. thanks for the your pros and cons for this unit keep em coming!!
I have bought 1 for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2014, it's a remarkable improvement over my factory unit. The only gripe is the facia is a greyish colour and my interior colour is black.
I haven’t update mine to it’s new firmware since I bought it last year.it’s working fine though.planning to add under the seat sub with built in amplifier on it.

For the Nissan Rogue Sport model my Google Pixel 2 works wirelessly with this unit so Apple carplay isn't the only one that works wirelessly. I bought it recently and it immediately connected my phones android auto wirelessly. Of course my wife's Samsung s21 Ultra wont connect at all and my front camera wont connect neither even though Dasaita told me 360 cameras work just fine. Model PX6+DSP+Carplay 4G+64G(5225).

Great video and review. The only possible issue I am thinking about is how would this unit perform when in really cold weather? Where I live the temperature can drop to -25c to -35c for weeks during the coldest months

I just noticed that this won't work with my 2017 model. The emergency light button is nothing like what is shown in this video.

I just got it installed on my girlfriends car. It’s awesome but the steering wheel phone answering/declining buttons don’t work on apple car play. Seems to only work when on regular Bluetooth. Is it supposed to be that way?
What I would like to know, is there an HD backup camera that can be plugged into existing harnes. The OEM one looks horrible on the big display. And one other thing, the dasaita unit has dynamic grid lines.
What is the purpose of a mirroring adapter cable? I thought your iPhone connects via Bluetooth and can just load a show off an app, right?

Just got mine installed in 2011 tundra and I can’t get the Wi-Fi to connect. I got the hotspot and Bluetooth to connect but neither one of them run the on screen apps like RUclips. Any suggestions??? Thanks
Hello, I have the dasaita 10.0 for Honda Civic PX6. im having trouble with the streaming apps on the google play store saying my device isn’t up to firmware to download them. Would I need to update the device to its newest version to be able to download the apps? Hoping you can help, thank you!

Hi QMV, I just had mine dasaita HA2186 max10 with latest android 10. Overall it was totally excellent compare to my previous head unit. Just to correct your some fact, android auto support wirelessly but it required cable connection for first time connection. I had mine working seemlessly thereafter and it auto connect everytime.
Interesting, every 10.2" model i've come across says no wireless android auto. This is the number one reason i haven't purchased one these things so it's strange they wouldn't update their listings. They're missing out sales!

@@ffamosobrian I did not, I actually wound up purchasing the 10.1" boss head unit, it's wired Android auto is fine when it works but it's been crashing a ton lately. Need to see if there's a firmware update. Turns out I mostly use the Bluetooth streaming for audio anyway so not a deal breaker, but an annoyance. It's not the prettiest screen, and it may be more limited than the Android head unit, but it puts out sound way better than my Android unit (non DSP) that I have in my other vehicle. It's also stupid simple to use, has a big old knob for volume, and you can't argue with the price!
I have a newer model with Android 11 and android auto works only with usb conected. But since the unit runs android and has play store,, android auto is really not needed.
I really dislike the the clock display when system "sleeps". so I downloaded the flip sense clock which I love, but I want to make it the default sleep screen. so far, I have to go to it and click on the app and launch it myself. if not, it will display the original clocks. on a computer, you have the option to set it as the default sleep screen. Any tips or help on how to make itnthe default "sleep" screen? thanks in advance

Yes. "OTG" is only for input ports when they support doubling as an output (host) port. All the ports on the radio are host ports.
Hi everyone noob question here. I want to upgrade my stock front speakers without an amp in a 2003 lincoln town car. Have a pioneer head unit 13w rms x 4. Would the Infinity reference be louder and clearer than stock? They are 93db sensitivity. Also they are 3 ohm and im concerned if the factory speakers are 2 ohm it would not be louder. Thanks.

Toyota had refused to support Android Auto until 2019 and they won't update their Entune Audio 2.0 system in their 2014-2019 models. Toyota is only putting Android Auto & CarPlay in their new 2020 models that have Entune Audio 3.0. That's not fair that we are stuck with the outdated system and can't get Android Auto.

I installed radio Dasaita 10.2 "HD screen car Android 10.0 radio for Toyota Camry GPS 2012 2013 2014 USA and Middle East version of Bluetooth DSP I got two problems I accidentally lost my micro SD card, where can I find the programs that were on it and the buttons that do not work on the side, from the screen, did the factory installation did not help, I probably did something wrong.
Just got this unit for my sti can you guys raise your speaker levels past 0 mine cant go to +0 to +10 only can go down -0 to - 10 etc can't raise speakers levels only lower them

Exactly, I had two of those Android units (one failed) and sound quality was not good... switched to a Pioneer unit with Android Auto and the difference in sound quality is overwhelming
But I do miss having the flexibility of full Android on the car

Awesome video thank you! Can you please explain what the "toyota USB retention cable" that you mentioned @1:20 is for? I installed my unit today and thought it maybe had to plug in to one of the three USB ports the unit comes with, so I did that but I feel like that might not be right!
That plugs into the the Factory USB cable inside the dash as shown!
Yes some of the car have a separate dash usb, if you want to retain that usb you would use this usb to make it work. Many Toyota does not have such usb as usb is directly available in the car stereo you are replacing.
Has dasaita px6 on both of my vehicles and I love it it's useful with the tpms spot on. And I fixed heatsinks and fans to the soc to prevent it from crapping out now temp is 46C on full load and it has a antutu score of 128000 too good for a car stereo I got both about 2 years back my swift running on android 8 and my wagonr stingray on android 9 once you get use to it any pioneer or Sony any other stereo looks like the stone age comaired.touch response is amazing like a flagship Iphone.use the dab radio add-on and you will never look back another stereo again.i use it with kappa speakers with JBL underseat for swift and JBL extreme speakers with Phillips Csm-1000 for the wagon r......best perchase I ever made for my vehicles....try it you will love it the sound is soo good with the DSP your friends will be fooled guessing it as a Bose head unit if you change the boot logo from factory settings it's that good.guys get the unit with the power amp 7850 don't buy the cheap 7851 ask your seller about this cheaper units come with 7851 sounds horrible.
Can you please tell me how you added heatsinks and a fan to the soc? I'm thinking of buying one but was worried of overheating in hot weather
@@naviroI live in Sri Lanka it's 32-38c all year long coz it's near the equator so summer all year around.i can tell you how to do it here goes mate.....
just buy a heatzink or find it from an old mother board as I did.drill the screw holes accordingly remove the SOC it has the holes made put some screws and put some mx4 and fix it. Take the cover or the lid go to a guy with a lathe ask them to drill a hole to the size of your fan with the screw holes and you can use a paint spray can to match the colour and reprint it to prevent rusting once dry use a strainer nylon mesh to keep out the dust from your fan blowing air to the inside. and fix your fan..mount the mesh on top of the fan..go to eBay get a voltage regulator to get the 12v need for the fan you can use a security reverse cam power regulator for this it's on Ali express search for it you can get up to 1.5amps which is overkill for the fan. as well as a 40 c thermistor type activated switch. Use the switch in between the positive line of the fan and mount the switch on the heatzink. As soon as you provide power fan stays off as soon as the thermistor switch reaches 40c the fan turns on keeping the dam thing I've cold and makes less noise. I have the same thing done to both my cars which has px6 android units works like a charm.no fan noise like when it's powered 24/7....if you power it continuesly it will be annoying coz of the fan hum.i used a super quiet premium pc fan so no noise at all. It has been there more than 3 years now on one car and close to two years with no problems no hangs no issues not even once.i use Netflix on both as well as satellite TV on DVBT no issues so far whatsoever.hope this helps you mate take care god bless....if you need more info mail me on chamal99@gmail.com will try to help you as far as possible.cheers mate 👍👍👍
@@ChamalParanavitane Hey I dont know if you will see this, but how is your unit working today? You live in a hot climate and thats usually what kills these devices. If adding a fan will help then I might do that to help it last longer.

Another cons, is that the unit does not support AHD for backup camera. AHD allows you to get HD quality video using just RCA video cable.
u can't have everything mate!...the more expensive ones don't even have the extras this unit has

It’s weird that it hangs down and blocks the HVAC screen.
Since it’s custom made for the Corolla, it should have been an exact fit even if they had to make the screen slightly smaller.

My dislike 👎🏽 about Dasaita is the fact that they’re prices have gone 🆙 so much. A few weeks ago one of these would be 250-300 max and now they’re 500 and up. First boot time is slow but after is much faster.
It may be draining the 12v battery if it’s always on standby.
Question , I also have this radio but im having issues with the apple carplay automatically defaulting to dark mode no matter what i do... It seems to happen as soon as i put the ebrake down.

They do make it for different car..I have one in my mazda cx5 2012
They make them for a lot of different cars. The screen sizes may be different depending on the vehicle but internally it's the same unit if it's listed as a PX6 unit.

Yes just one it took too long for the phone to connect to the radio and I realize this is not a radio this is an android device and I rebooted and no issues after that

I want this so much. But I cannot find it for my 2014 corolla RHD ( right hand drive) I know many people who would love this. If anyone has a link to RHD version or knows someone at Dasaita, please ask them. Seicane have made one for RHD but I don't like it nearly as much as the Dasaita.
And your warm boot time comment is deceiving. "Warm boot" only works if you turn off the car and turn it back on within the next few minutes. After that, it goes back to the long boot.
I have this installed in my 08’ Honda. But I have a question, and this unit be used with a Roku stick in the HDMI port?
No you cant use Roku as HDMI is of output type and you need HDMI input for it to work.

I installed Dasaita 10.2" head unit on my Toyota RAV4 2014 but I am hearing constant vibration noises when I am driving. it seems the unit is not perfectly secured into car, any advice?
You need a filter. Search for Teyes filter.
Please try to test that on original speakers of Toyota Corolla we wanna see the results .. or we need to change those speakers please find it out
Mine works fine in my 2016 Corolla . This was the best thing I have purchased for my car. Got it for $120 at auction and sold my old stereo for $150. Win win for me . I would have liked to have an 3.5 jack Aux in for a satellite player , or just have satellite connection in the radio already would be better.

I installed the Dasaita vivid11 in my 2015 Corolla today and I have the same problem. I can’t find a way to get the Toyota boot screen and it’s depressing. Also can’t figure out how to display the doors open, ac controls or the tpms info

Not sure about Dasaita, but when you use HD (AHD) cameras with Joying you need to change the settings to AHD.
