Can you make Pumpkin Pie in a crock pot? No need for a crust. Mix it up and pour into a crock pot for 6-7 hours. I like it cool but you can also eat it warm with ice cream or whip cream. Can it get any easier then that. One less item in your oven this Holiday Season.
Pumpkin Pie (pudding) in a Crock Pot
Low Temperature for 6-7 hours
15 oz can Pumpkin
2 Eggs, beaten
1 can Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Vanilla Beans
2 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
(Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg)
