Thank you very much, it works great! I followed all your steps. The only difference it's I downloaded the last version of Odin, 3.14.4 (that is the last one in the moment I write) and it works as well! Just the menu button doesn't work, but I configured the home key to workaround it

The instruction is very clear. I bumped into this video after a lot of searching. Thank you for the video. However, you forgot to tell to uncheck auto reboot option so my tab rebooted to stock firmware several times. I looked into another video that told me to turn off auto reboot. After that, i followed your instructions line by line and it seem to work. It is rebooting into lineage os at the moment. Thank you again.

Thanks, geting into TWRP mode was tricky, due you must turn off the tablet and after press at the same time power buttom, vol + (not -) and the other buttom at the bottom, after that all perfect, thanks very much

Thanks a lot for the video. I have faced issue to install TWRP. The reason being is.. We need to enable Install from Unknown Sources option and disable verify apps installed from SD card or something similar.

@@gadget7628 Try this, You'll see the download mode etc, then you click start on ODIN, just after the progress bar is completed and the screen goes black, immediately press volume up + home button + power button. You'll need to be fast, cuz the download progress bar can be quickly.

Thanks a lot , i follow your guide but with the proper files for my device and installed lineageOs 20 in my old 4.4.2 samsung tab pro 8.4 .. Just one litlle problem was that after installed twrp with odin i couldnt turn off the tablet , i didnt want to wait for it to discharged until turning off so i retired the battery , then put it back , and enter in twrp recovery mode ..the rest went fine

by odin i have selected the twrp file and started. it came as success but tab is not going to opening in twrp mode when i press power + vol up + home button
am having trouble copying lineage and oppen gapps on my samsung tab e internal storage so is there a way to resolve this

After my tablet cuts off on odin i hit the home volume up and power. I get the Samsung screen but not the next step...😢

I did the update process successfully, but the Clash of Clans game does not work unfortunately. Upgrading the system to 7.7.1 is not enough to run it. Perhaps the problem is in the modified system because the game tried it and it works on a weak phone with only 1 GB of memory, so I prefer to return to the old Samsung update better because it is a light and easy system Better than this slow rate system. As for RUclips, I can play it through the Google Chrome browser

Whatsup my fellow South African. Any suggestions to buy a tab that has rom support? I see the tab E has a few but it seems really slow, I'd rather pay an extra R500 and maybe get a 3GB A7 but the rom support is like impossible on XDA?
Greetings, what I would've suggest is get like a Samsung phone with atleast 4gb RAM or more like the S7 or S7 edge or even the S8

GREETINGS HERE FROM JAMAICA, thanks alot for the information but im stuck at 7:51 where the (VOL UP + PWR + HB) that screen you have up now is not showing on mine, mine is showing the android robot on his back "manual mode" with things like: reboot system now, apply update from ADB, wipe data/factory wipe etc

As to Odin version, you are saying about 13.3 but you are downloading 14.1. Does it matter? (at 4:44)

Loading logo takes 10 to 15 minutes the first time , just wait more and try again it might work.
Hello, After flashing twrp with odin, tablet still enters stock recovery, how to fix this mate?

Recovery img is successfully sone. Not able to get desired screen after pressing Power + Vol up + Vol down buttons... Any clues? It loads lock screen.
Press power + vol up + home button + Bixby button, if you're device doesn't have those buttons it is fine

Edit : It shows Gapps is unabled to be installed. Error code 64
second edit : Never mind. I figured it out. My device is compatitable with arm not arm64

Its works but my apps keep stopping
I've tried 3 times in odin and when I try to start the AP file, It runs and give me a FAIL! Any options on this.

Good question, at that time I couldn't find a android 10 version of linageOs on the internet, but if you can find the linageOs for this device make sure that you use the compatible version of GAPPS.

The total memory I.e RAM now is 681MB instead of 1.5GB and used memory is 579mb and free is 102mb.

only 681MB ram showing up total... is any way to fix that with full 1.5GB
