Great project. Amazing execution. I made a custom semi-auto PCP with similar project too. For more air consumption you can use a softer valve seal spring, once a havier hammer&spring might lead yours semi-auto cycles to fail. 4.5 to 5.5mm transfer port will also gives you away more joules. For me the chalenge on semi-autos PCPs is get it still properly cycling even at high energy configurations.
I have to decrease the valve throat, its 6.8mm so it requires too much hammer spring tension to open enough. I will use a 5mm valve throat for the new valve, it will be much much easier to open. I am trying to get about 25-30 joules and not more because I Dont want to get that sonic boom because it causes disturbance
I got it. Mine gets 42 joules with a 7mm valve throat and 5mm port. I'm working on it to achieve ~70joules by constructing a balance valve. I don't expect to my semi-auto to be more accurated than a monoshot pcp anyway. So I'm goind for the powerful ones.
very useful knowledge,my brother, there is not a singgle channel that discusses this,y still want to know more about semi auto and full auto mode lever,my brother, always healthy and always successfull
Congratulations on your channel! The best homemade pcp I've seen so far! I'm from Brazil, and PCPs are very expensive here, I liked your project, can you do one explaining the semi-automatic valve above?
Very, very wonderful work.. but I hope to activate the translation into Arabic. Activate the demos.. We are waiting for the rest of the receiver, the magazine safe, and the installation of the pipe that I manufactured some time ago.. We hope to make a one-piece side lever receiver with the hammer and valve soon.. Greetings from Egypt.. Thank you very much, well done.
@@ameenattef469 Hi, there is not much to be translated as I am giving mostly dimensions. I can try to translate but the words used in my videos can be rather unique and may not be properly translated by Google Translate.
Hey bro, I’m located in Oz. What would you recommend off in replace of that type of brand of Alibaba express also what was the dimensions of the trigger mechanism? Will buy you a coffee thanks for the quick reply.
@@gordondunn3694 Regarding the trigger, I did not have very specific measurements in mind. I rather had the mechanism alone in mind. This was my first time building such a semi auto trigger, so I am not certain of what dimensions are the best for such a trigger. You can check the caliper measurements I did throughout the video, I showed how much I cut off from the steel bar. About the question regarding lathes and milling machines outside of Alibaba/AliExpress, I'm a bit unsure but if you are going for machines on the cheaper end, I found this Australian site www.machines4u.com.au/ search for "mini lathe" or "milling machine" and check "price: low to high" because most of the machines on that site are bigger and therefore more expensive machines. However, since I don't live in Australia I am not the best guy to ask about machining tools and I don't know which sites are the most reliable ones. www.youtube.com/@artisanmakes Here's an Australian machining channel I've followed. He has videos of his milling machine & lathe, not 100% sure where he got them but they are available in Australia.
I want to make a PCP Airforce Condor with 3 modes single, semi and auto.... I'm confused about the blowback and trigger construction. So far I haven't found a reference
this design will use steel brrl by crosman. aluminium is too soft, but brass is awesome as it doesn't rust and gets even better with time. However I will make a video of making one using steel, same technique can be used for brass.
So the valve releases air towards the hammer after being hit, that's why it flings back. If I used an ordinary trygger for this it would be full auto because there's nothing that catches the trygger back, so you can see how this one snaps back up to be used for cocking again, while the trygger is still held down. Thats why it can become semi auto
Sorry, I didn't make any drawings. You can see the measurements i made with the caliper in the video and get a rough idea of how to make a drawing of it
Please sir, don't wear those gloves. Those could get caught on the lathe. I use Nitrile gloves when turning brass. Nitrile gives ample protection from the brass swarf embedding into your skin, but would easily tear when caught in the lathe.
@@pcpairgunschannel That's good to hear sir. Every time I saw you touching the material while the it's still turning gave me the shivers. I made the same mistake early on my hobby machining. Got may gloved hand caught while putting a polish the Aluminum I just turned. Luckily, I was quick enough to hit the emergency button and stop the chuck with my other hand before my caught arm could get pulled off from the shoulder.

You have done a good job, I want to get one like this, but no tools.
..good design on the trigger.. nice work!
Thanks! Hopefully I will also increase the air consumption with valve mods.
finally the video I've been looking for has been made by him..Thank you for sharing your knowledge, you are a genius

super nice job as usual !! never stop

There is a vent hole behind the valve, which flows air to the hammer reloading it.
You can see how the trigger works in this video

Thanks a lot for this educational content, looking towards next video.

Then, it would be interesting for you to make a video showing us how each piece works... Your video is very good, works like this only have to add.
I could make an Assambly video once its done, giving a brief idea of how everything works
Great content!
Nice work
😮😮😮wowwww just wowww.. bro your talent is so amazing.❤❤❤
I waiting next part bro!!
will take some time :(
As I said in the video the valve releases too little air, so I will make a new valve
Amazing..🎉

Hi bro, can you supply a link for the drill milling machine as you have for the for the metal lathe great job very inspiring
@@gordondunn3694 sorry, i don’t have any global link for it. It is a bernardo KF 20 L milling machine

@@fadelangamingtech9297 you need some small parts to switch the trigger from normal and semi auto and a say to block the valve vent hole
Could it be that you can't just send the parts for the semi-automatic system, disassembled, and I can buy the rest here?
I can't ship any parts, pcp parts are forbidden to ship. I cant even ship toy guns... ridiculous rules
Do you have a project like this pcp that you sell, so I can ask a turner here to do it for me?
