Good tips; I'd offer a few more; you can't emphasize audio enough; bad audio quality can destroy a strong story and film; don't assume 'it's good enough'. Avoid 'auto-focus'; scream amateur; control your focus and use it to emphasize your scene. While ADR is an option, it should be avoided; it is a nightmare to get right. Keep the shutter speed constant; Ideally 1/48th; don't use shutter for exposure control. Aperture; lighting and/or ISO as needed. Really nice job of covering all the bases.

Do people need license from the state to shoot film in parks and streets?? If u want to shoot in some areas like hotels restaurants and school u pay for these areas?

national parks require permits. Other permitting is distinguished at the local level and varies from city to city and town to town.
