Hey ! I hope you like this new video ! The result at the end is not perfect as we painted the texture in photoshop. Next time we will see how to use Gaea to generate the texture for us and more configuration like the Biome Generator :D See you soon !
In 10:30 you suddenly have "BG_BiomeGenerator", when did you define this file and how? There is nothing spawning on my landscape eventhough I followed your instructions 5 times.
When I get to 2:50 my generator has nothing to select. The default is just missing, but I restarted with every plugin except the one you mentioned. I'm lost haha. Thanks for posting this though. All of the other videos are the .1 version
You can add the plugin biome core sample and you will get some generator, I don't know why you cannot see the default one. Get the sample plugin then use the Shared_Trees as a generator then you can follow along again :)
@@NicolasNosedaDev Yeah I'm not sure why it won't show. I've deactivated, restarted, activate the plugin, restart again and it says I don't have anything under my generator asset
I found why you have that issue, you need to open the content drawer then on the top right on that content browser click on the wheel "Settings" and enable the "Show Engine Content" and "Show Plugin Content" and now you can use stuff from plugin and you should see the default generator, sorry for missing that in the video, mine is always enable as default :)
When you click on the Blueprint Biome in your scene you need to go and click on the component "Biome Core" in the Detail Panel and it's under Parameters Override. Can you see it now ? :)
It is provided by Unreal, you need to click on the cog wheel in the content browser and enable the plugin content and engine content and it should be available 😉

That would be fantastic , could you use better tree assets.
I will use some more realistic trees on the next video ;)
Thank you this is the most detailed tutorial on RUclips so far on this topic!
5:36 Add an index to the Assets array. I made the mistake of assigning it to the 'Runtime Asset'
Very nice .Thank you for the tutorial.
Beau travail!
Par contre à 17:46 tu utilises un graph biomecore_projectTexture que tu ne crées à aucun moment.
D'où sors-t-il?
Tu dois cliquer sur la roue dentée sur le content browser et activer show plugin content et show engine content et tu devrais avoir accès à ce graph 😉

Its the same as the default biome generator, I was testing stuff sorry for the miss 😅

@@NicolasNosedaDev You sir deserve every like and subscribe in the world. Thank YOU!
12:58 You don't have to add the Asset index here. The Biome Setup already did. It's confusing.
You’re not confusing. I meant the Biomes Core setup is!
I can't see the Biome Core Debug - Display Biome Cache. Any ideas?

I don't have the default generator, should i create this myself or is it provided by Unreal ?
