Sir, please how can we resolve the problem of light intensity too weak and the reaction temperature out of range??? I have changed the lamp to new Mindray lamp and yet the reaction temperature out of range and light intensity too weak... Please what can I do to resolve this urgently???
Hmmm Usually with these problems you have to be there to diagnose the problem step by step But anyway the following processes might work For temperature out of range; make sure your air conditioner is working well and the analyser fridge is also working For weak light intensity of course changing the lamp is what you have to do but make sure the lamp is new or hasn’t been used Another thing to is to make sure that the fluidic are not faulty especially with the waste tube . Sometimes if the waste is not descending well into the waste container it can cause a back flow which blocks the light path and also interfere with the airbath. Also try and run a special wash and a cuvette check Try these and let’s see
