As for the side note you’re actually correct I was supposed to shift the car back into drive but even thou I didn’t do that the Everest still handled itself very well which indirectly further proves how good an off-roader it is.

it took me a while to give the car my trust , you can see even with the lane keep assist I had my hands close to the steering wheel just incase 😂😂😂 but even with the self parking the system knows what it’s doing.

This car is beautiful. You get what you paid for. Howeve i do wish the infotainment was more tilted like you see in the 2022 Merc C class for that aesthetic view so to say.
Awe G that road is the road that leads to neck and deck cafe where you did your safari (rhino and nature reserve)🥲🤫 awesome place indeed. To go to cradle of Humankind, go straight past this place (rhino and nature reserve) but in opposite direction not that direction you showed which was not cradle 🥲and near Lanseria side youl get there 😈

The front-side park sensors only start to detect objects that are 25cm away. This means the car does not give you enough time to react before hitting an object. Interestingly the car is designed to only detect objects within 60cm. That seems an inadequate design but the car doesn’t even achieve it in reality. The alerts are also very faint compared to previous models. Expect to hit bollards in this vehicle.

I’m also keen to see how they will price the Tank but I can already tell it’s going to be popular.
How is its fuel consumption in comparison to the 2.2 bi turbo? Do you feel it’s worth it if you compare it to the Sport? And fuel consumption in the city? Considering this one. I don’t drive around much, as I work from home. So, not sure if it’s a great option.
Personally I’ve noticed the BiTurbo engine has to work harder to pull this bigger car so the difference in consumption for me has never been something I would consider when choosing between the two , i have been driving the V6 for the last 3 months and I’m averaging around 11.6 L/100 KM and considering the performance I would choose the V6 anyday.

Toyota is not looking forward to put sunroofs in their cars sunroofs are very problematic they tend to be the start of many problems in cars when you buy a fortuner you buy it to last long now with a sunroof you will always comeback to the dealership 🎉

Hai! doesn't it come with height adjustable suspension? I don't like how stretched up it looks, the body is up there, large diameter wheel arches and very big gap between the wheels and the body that gives an impression that it's wheels are under sized, and I think they could be wider

Hi Bongs great work man. I want to get your opinion here, I know Tiggo 8 Pro Max has 2.0L engine with 187KW of power but between that and the Everest Platinum (184KW) which one actually delivers more power? Thanks
Definitely The V6 in the Platinum , especially because it has 600 NM of Torque while the Chery has 390 NM , you feel the difference.
