Howdy folks! The ice season isn't over yet!! Hope you all are doing good and you able to get out to catch the big one! This was filmed on March 3rd. Thanks for all your support, guys!

Thanks again William for all the support you show since the beginning! Hope to cross paths with you some day! Hope you're having a good weekend.
Nice way to finish off the ice season. They were some beauties!
Thanks Dug! this ice season has been good to me this year!
Spring is definitely on its way, no more below zero temps up north here where I live. Nice rainbow and cutties! Always fun to watch 😀
Thanks you! I just watched your last video with Pops! What a way to end the season. monster pike! Congrats to you and your dad!
What a trip for you Kevin! The fish look more filled out more than in previous videos I’ve seen from strawberry. Great stuff
Thanks Landon! Yes those fish are super healthy! Good job on your last solo over nighter, fun video! I have been wanting to do another over nighter. I just need to build up the courage to go solo when no one can go with. Thanks man!
Awesome stuff as always thanks for sharing
Thanks for the support Alan! Hope we can get into some big bass soon!
Awesome Job!!!
Thanks for the support Blake! good to see you again! Thank you!
Nice to see all the rainbows caught. It seems all I ever see come out of that lake are cuts in the slot. Nice to see something else. Great to see the baits that you were using too. Cool to see the underwater views. Well done on your catches. Awesome day. Take care.
Thanks you! I have noticed the Rainbows are starting to show up more often! Hay just so you know. I have a good chance in drawing a mountain goat tag this year! I have 19 points! If I do I will be doing a lot of hiking and fishing and scouting in the Uintahs this year! I am crossing my fingers!
Have a great rest of the weekend!
@@baitnbullets That is awesome! Good luck!
Beautiful day. Great rainbows
Thanks Jason! hope to cross paths some day!
@@baitnbullets That would be great. I am finishing some antibiotics for a medical condition but I’m hoping there will still be ice in a week or two
@FishfearmeStudios sorry to hear. Get well soon! I do think we still have a few weeks left of the ice season. Good luck Jason!
Great to see so many rainbows. They are healthy and fat. Great evening bite.
Thanks Stacy! I am at the ladders right now just caught another rainbow!! Hope you're having a great weekend!
Thanks again Bud !
Thanks for constant support Randy! hope to run into you some day!
Man oh man have some rainbow!!
Thanks JP! I was super surprised! We should do a camp trip on the ice this weekend!
I concur on the Ice being mostly snow ice. it was much thinner near the inlet. I do think the moon had an effect. Once you taste my smoked bow you may keep a few. it does get cool so fast sometimes, if clouds move in or the sun gets low...
I almost didn't take my coat out with me. I am sure glad I did. the temp dropped fast. I was looking at it closer and it looks like its all frozen slush but maybe the bottom last 2 inches are clear ice. the ice will melt fast this year.
What another great day Kevin! When my kids were younger and I would fish with them the average fish size was 16+ Rainbows. It was often we would pull in a 3-5lbs also. A few years back the DNR noticed a reduce in the size of the fish. They assume it is from people who don't care of the rules and limits on keeping fish. During this time I started seeing a reduction in fish size also, average was 12-14". They did a heavy stocking in hopes to bring back the average size of fish to be bigger. If people would keep to the limits and rules Strawberry would have bigger fish. I remember a Facebook post where these guys fishing laid out 20 or more Cutthroats, all within the slot limit. You could tell they were dead. When they realized the DNR frequents the site they quickly took down their post and said they let all those fish go. This is why the average fish size is reduced at Strawberry.
That crazy Andrew. Yes I have seen some Facebook post of illegal fish taken as well. super sad. I can tell the Rainbows are on the Rise and healthy as ever. If I remember right, the big fish award at the last fishing tournament was a 25 inch Rainbow!
It almost time to fish that inlet at the Ladders again! what fly do you recommend me use?
Thanks for the constant support man! hope to see you on the water some day again!
Fishing fool. Keep it up brotha :) another good 1.
Thanks Doug! hope you do good at the vernal archery shoot!
Good ole Strawberry! I need to make a trip and try my hand at ice fishing for the first time.

Thanks, man! I just got back from the berry tonight, and I only found 2 rainbows and a bunch of cuties. Hope you had a good weekend!
We had a good day Saturday headed to fishlake Tuesday hoping for a good day
@halfdoneoutdoors3467 good luck!
So fun!
Thanks for the comment and the support! hope you are having a good day!
I take it like a sign bro how many rainbows that means spring is here😅
Yes Sir! its almost time!
Were you using cooked shrimp?
Howdy Tony! I have used both cooked and raw. I haven't see much difference with success. I use the Costco Kirkland shrimp from the freezer isle in the big bag. I take a handful every time I go fishing then cut off little peace. I have noticed the cooked shrimp may stay on the hook a little better. Good luck! hope you catch a big one!
How much money have you spent on your fish Finder? I’m Scott W’s friend BTW.
Nice to meet ya David! My fish finder is the Garmin striker 4 portable kit. I bought it on black Friday for $180.00! I am able to use it on the Kayak and Ice! a.co/d/9seje3i I hope to buy a Garmin live scope some day.
👍😊
Thanks!
