2003 Lexus GS300 thermostat replacement
after removing the 10mm bolts pulled the housing off and found the thermostat was at the 60° location not at the 90° location always make sure that the thermostat is always at the 90° location that little bezel is what lets air and fluid through if it faces 60 degrees it will not let the air come out. it a by pass.
the way it comes out is the way you put it back in. clean housing and replace with new gaskets and thermostat and done make sure you drain coolant first.. help not make a mess.
