Imagine playing some OpenRA free for all, just minding your own business, until you see a massive flock of yaks, an army of tesla troopers and rocket soldiers, mammoth tanks, flak trucks, and V2's just charging at your beautiful base.
Ever since being 4 years old playing this in 1999, this has been my favorite piece of music....well and Terminate....especially when 3:39 of terminate starts...man oh man
The rise of Working From Home has brought me back to this soundtrack. This song in particular is the perfect background while getting in with stuff. Good childhood C&C:RA memories are a bonus!
the piano in this is incredible
I sometimes hum the beginning of this song at work whenever I'm doing my stuff. Brings me back to simpler times.

God the remastered version of this sounds amazing
I prefer the original.
I too prefer the original, I’m afraid. There’s a great version of Fogger in Stereo from the PlayStation, go search fo it!
@@fortheloveofnoise Same here, I still like the remastered version. These tracks still get me.

from 2:31 to 4:00 is possibly the most 'Tears For Fears sounding like' video game ost ever. one of the best ost in the entire series...
lol i was literally thinking the same thing just as that part played
Coffee/Tea drinking music
I used to play this song on the bluetooth aromatherapy while at work. It was so relaxing, and it made a nice conversation piece to customers.
Love this song, gives a “you are tuned in to your local news channel. This is your daily broadcast, brought to you by ..” vibe.

always considered this song as the "airstrike" of Red Alert...very calming
As that is the best Original C&C track this is the best Red Alert track (both my opinion of course)
Agreed, Fogger and Airstrike were amazing
Yeah, i like to listen fogger during the mornings, and airstrike in the afternoon. both songs are so relaxing
You think an airstrike is calming? You must get super happy when there's an A 10 dropping bombs on your house.
@@Sunnysideanyway I think he was talking about the song's name in the first C&C game

im pretty sure that cnc red alert was the best game soundtrack to ever be made. To me it's such a knock outta the park.
Mud, Vector, Fogger.
Why the fuck was this not in the red alert westward chronicles sound track!?
They lost the original recording of the song. Frank had to recreate it from scratch for the remastered version.
Playing the final Allies mission as a kid, the part at 2:33 made me think of Tanya making an epic last stand before finally going down.
This makes me think of establishing a base in a forest at night/in the morning, far away from anyone
Sometimes, i'm entering a skirmish without a bots just to establish base peacefully as i wanted to see it and listen to this music at the same time.
Best track in the game

Sounds like something you would hear in several porn movies
