  • During this dive trip to Florida around Christmas time we had the change to dive the molasses reef and the Blue Heron Bridge in West Palm Beach. The video showcases Fish Names with their Latin name as well. The narration gives some information about the dive sites, the dive operation and the fish we encountered during our dives. Great video. My son and I dived Blue Heron Bridge in July 2019 and it was one of the best dives during that trip. Would highly recommend the site for those who have not visited before.

Love the footage and location! Can I ask what camera and lights you have? I'm just about ready to pull the triggered on a new rig. Right now all I use is a Gopro. I have seen your other Key Largo video, keep it up!

When I am diving shallow and want to make videos or selfie videos, I use the GoPro on a selfie stick with a shallow filter. When taking photos using either my TG 5 or my Nikon D5 I place the Gopro on the rig. the tricky part here is when you take photos while shooting you will see some flash moments on the video. I try to edit, but in some cases it may compromise the scene or shot. At night, I use video lights and the two strobes INON - S 2000. You won't need the GoPro filter at night. I am still trying trying to stike that balance of taking photos and shoorting video at night. You may have noticed some zooming in the final videos. Those are either video clips that I may have taken using the Olympus TG5 or from a zoom during the edit. Hope this helps.

This video was great, and so helpful from a fish identification standpoint! Any books you'd recommend for fish identification in the Keys?

Where do you find the music for your videos? It is very well suited to them.
