      Also yesss I’m so glad more people are calling out these “influencers” for all the filters they use. Honestly I used to feel like shit about my skin/appearance before I caught onto how fake people on social media are. Like I used to think they were just that perfect & that there was something wrong with me.. So that makes me worry about the younger girls who might feel this way & not know that it’s all fake. To anyone in the comments thinking they need tretinoin to look like her: retin-A is a VERY intense topical medication and should not be taken lightly. It can damage your skin if used incorrectly, and should only be used as prescribed, as it is a prescription item. I recommend a lower intensity retinol product that is actually sold over the counter. There's no need to go with tretinoin if you don't have a medical need for it. btw no amount of skincare is going to make your skin look like a beauty filter.

      This is true, it helped me heal my horrid acne as I used it for around 9 months but I no longer use it now that my new insurance won’t pay for it. I’ve noticed since stopping though that it doesn’t even seem necessary now. Im still reaping the benefits after discontinuing use around three months ago as my acne is now strictly hormonal (and mask related as I work in a hospital setting and still have to mask). It was awful and covered my entire face all of the time previously. I’ve thought of going to an over the counter one to help with what little acne and marks I have left but haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet bc there’s so many to choose 😩 it was pretty clear I no longer needed anything that strong though anyway after I stopped and I don’t like taking the risks if it isn’t really necessary.

      It does that! I've heard the gel is better than the cream too for breakouts! You just gotta push through unless your doctor says otherwise because the skin purges, it will look gnarly. You should also use it along with another acne fighting product such as BP or SA but not at the same time. Along with staying moisturized. It slowly brings those layers to the surface so it does get worse. What time of day were you using It? Where on your face was getting red? What other products did you apply with it? Did you apply it to wet skin? Its hard because you have to be very slow and cautious or it can make the skin really aggravated.

Instead, it made my skin look greasy when i woke up. The gel, on the other hand, is chef's kiss. It calms the infoammation, helps with redness, treats my acne marks and makes my skin look more glowy. I did experience a mild irritation using the gel for the first few days, but that's expected because tretinoin is quite irritating, and the gel form is even stronger than the cream version at the same concentration.

    Als mondhygiënist adviseer ik niet vaak mondwater. Als je twee keer per dag poetst & 1x per dag stokert, is dat prima. Ook merk ik vaak bij patiënt die dagelijks flossen, dan hun tandvlees nog best ontstoken is. Het beste is toch om een stoker of rager (borsteltje) te gebruiken. Mondwater is meer voor het gevoel. Als je mondwater wilt gebruiken, gebruik dan één zonder alcohol. Aangezien dit de goede bacteriën ook doodt in de mond.❤

    I use the same except for no cera ve, I use skinfix barrier repair. The tretinoin(Prescription at a percentage you can comfortably tolerate) is the most important part though! Hear me young ones!!! Tretinoin and Sunscreen is what you need MOST everything else is icing on your beautiful cake! Some of you will find copper peptides are what your skin loves, others vitamin C with ferulic others will love a soothing snail mucin- all good stuff!!! But please believe me because I have tried most of the gimmicks out there Sunscreen and Tretinoin gold standard that actually works- and that means my sister's with melanin too!!! I was constantly getting asked about my skin being so taut n glowy. My lazy skin regimen has been “coconut oil” for years- use a cotton to wipe off day’s foundation n make-up. THAT IS ALL,
    My dermatologist (Art Of Skin MD in Solana Beach, San Diego) prescribed me obagi tretinoin .05 and her own 15% glycolic wipes. It was doing a great job at brighting my face but I didn’t continue more than 5-6 times in total, skin did look awesome but I didn’t like how it felt when I put it on. It felt as if my skin wasn’t breathing.

    • @drazenmiskovic4952
      @drazenmiskovic4952 2 года назад +2

      @@cosmospray i don't use any else at night, make sure you apply tretinoin and moisturiser an hour or two before bed time. Also try to apply the moisturiser 5 to 10 minutes, id say 10 minutes after tretinoin to avoid them causing some possible side effects, breakouts, blemishes if mixing with each other. In general with all other stuff I wait at least 2 minutes between applying one product after the other, let it sink in and whatever is left on skins surfaces to air away. I also wash my hands always before touching, applying anything on my face, with an antibacterial soap. Not sure how sensitive your skin is but mine is and i avoid all the time to ever touch my face with my hands, i do only after washing them. In the morning you can use vitamin c after cleansing, followed by moisturiser and sunscreen. If using vitamin c you have to use sunscreen as vitamin c can negatively react on sun exposure. I dont know your skin type but i personally use only sunscreen, for me moisturiser and sunscreen is too much, clogs my pores followed by those yellow, clogged pimples. Also be careful of sunscreens, they're a two side swords. All these dermatologists are bombarding people to apply, apply, apply. But what none of them put an emphasis on is that there's heaps of ingredients in sunscreens that have never been thoroughly, on a larger scale tested, approx 6 plus common ingredients, what's most alarming is that even from 1 application they go directly into your bloodstream and stay 30+ days, now imagine applying it once a day, probably couple times, everyday. That's building up in your body. If you use sunscreen, do research, avoid popular, supermarket, chemist brands. Look for organic and nothing higher then 30spf, all higher provide 99% equal protection to 30spf BUT have lots more chemicals added to achieve that 1% extra protection, so it's not worth it.

    • @perfectlyyoubeauty
      @perfectlyyoubeauty 2 года назад

      I didn’t see any results with buffet either. All is use are Musely products. A spot cream with hydroquinone and hyaluronic acid (only for two months to tackle melasma) and anti aging night cream with tretinoin. I use a drop of squalane oil to get them to spread easier and let them set. Then I apply the omega cream from Biossance and that’s it.
