Very curious to see how much you will be able to edit the piano sounds on this model. My Kronos also uses the same SGX-2 piano engine, and one of the things I really like is the ability to tweak the sounds a great amount. The user interface and display are dramatically different (more limited) on the Grandstage X, so I wonder if it will be more like the SV2 where there are only very limited editing options for the piano sounds. Thx for the video!
Amazing!!! The time has finally come! Grand Piano, Rhodes, Wurlitzer and FM-DX piano - all in one in perfect quality. In my opinion, the currently unrivaled stage piano. And the beautiful design!👍👍👍
In terms of acoustic and electromechanical sounds Viscount Legend 70's W [Wood] is the best, it is a totally different "animal". You can listen some videos on my channel, pay attention, it deserves!!!
I assume at least some of these presets are just different EQ of the same samples? I’m not denying it has samples from multiple different grands, I’m just asking.
I wouldn’t know for sure, but I definitely assume the same. For instance, the ‘German Grand’ and ‘German Grand Dark’ likely build on the same set of samples. But I am not affiliated with Korg (or any other manufacturer), so I have no more details other than what is available online :-)
Sorry, no you didn’t miss it. I decided to skip them to not block the single demo unit on the stand for too long. Grands and vintage EP’s were the top priorities in this round :-) Would also have loved to include upright, clavs and organs. Maybe there is time tomorrow to catch up on some of them. But there are 700 presets on that prototype…! :)
I think I got through the entire Grnad Piano bank. I did a quick add-on with the Uprights, but forgot to vapturebthe preset names. But there is one that is clearly datkwr sounding than the others, but if it is felt I am not sure, unfortunately.
Very useful demonstration to get an idea of factual improvements compared to previous Grand stage.
Glad it was helpful!
Hopefully the 73 keys version will come soon🤞🤞
Thanks for this!
You’re welcome! 😃
I want a Grandstage E --Piano
Magnifico.❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥💎💎💎
Thanks! 🙏

Yeah, will be intersting to learn more about. Must admit that I focused purely on browsing the presets at the tradeshow. :-)
An iPad app would be great!

It is truly a great stagepiano. I also tried the new nord grand 2 - it is different but also great!
Yes, it's great, it also has an excellent Kawai hammer keyboard, but the sounds of the EP are not as faithful as the Korg.

I actually tried it at the show, but since it is not new, I didn’t record it. It sounded good, though.
@@milanveles6820not as faithful as the Kawai? Or a different Korg? Just curious what you like better. I’m open to all suggestions 😊
All they need now is a new flagship workstation. That’s what I’m waiting on⏰🎹
Yes, with Yamaha’s Montage and Roland’s Fantom updtates, Korg’s Nautilus begins to look a littlw dated. Sure the will come up with something. :)
The Kronos was just fine - fiddle with that a little bit and put it in a slightly different case, and give it a better action and you’re done.

Does it have built in speakers
I don’t think so. You may think of their SV2-88. www.korg.com/us/products/synthesizers/sv_2/
Where are the upright pianos? Or did I miss it?

I made a quick demo of them today. Please find it here: ruclips.net/video/F3ViWEN2R3w/видео.html
How about felt sounds?

Still no decent handles to move it around.
Well, you’d have a roadie for that, right!? 😅
oasys!!!! gsx piano dark
Yup, nice ones.
