Well in my case… dairy would break me out particularly cheese and excessive amount of sugar… I I have to reduce the amount I consume or else I see a breakout within hours/day(s) my skin is almost clear at the moment. You just have to find what triggers your acne and trust me it took me a long time until I found myself on these sort of videos… also watch Mark Hyman and Dr berg… they don’t treat, they find out the cause and find ways to prevent it from reoccurring… don’t believe social media where they advertise skincare, I spent so much money and regret it! Usually if a person is eating toxic foods like junk food, their skin will make acne by trying to detox their body- so all the toxic foods they eat release their toxins some in the form of acne on the skin. But when you were eating toxic foods, and you do not have any acne, that means that your immune system has been seriously compromised aka is NOT working properly and means your friend is very unhealthy. Tell her to eat animal-based foods only and avoid the junk food. No burgers, eat a steak. No toxic lettuce salads (yes they are toxic. I’ve done my research) and no vegan! Just tell her to stop eating all the sugars which cause inflammation and acne in the body. Hope this helps

Have you ever tried a steam room? Not a dry sauna. You can find gym membership with steam rooms, alternatively you could by a steam tent like a tundra off of Amazon! They do wonders for my oily skin. Ps if you buy one make sure you clean it by drying it after every use.

I can tell you! :) Drink warm lemon water every morning. Walmart has a bottle of pure lemon juice for only $5. Please, please, cut all SUGAR from your diet besides naturally occuring sugar or coconut sugar. Those are fine and don't cause acne. If you eat eggs, buy ONLY pasture raised. White eggs are the devil. I ate those and had a cystic breakout for months. Trust me on that. Also, aim for grass fed meats, wild caught fish, and pasture raised dairy if you eat cheese. Cut out all soybean oil, vegetable oil (canola, cottonseed, palm) from your diet. If there is any questions you have, please feel free to ask. I know what it's like to suffer from acne.

@@dachsrottweiler Dairy doesn't cause acne. Grass fed milk is so beneficial! I drink it everyday and have had zero breakouts. As long as the dairy is sourced correctly, grassfed and or pasture raised, it is TOTALLY FINE!!!! 😁

I personally can’t use chemical/ synthetic soap or else I get small red bumps/ itchy all over. Every soap she has contain the same ingredients except the first or first two ingredient(s) depending on what you get. I used her black pepper and cactus soap when it was seasonal (spring) which helped alotttt with my acne on my face, shoulders, chest, and BACK. Try pantothenic acid supplement. Also, meat doesn't cause acne, we need balanced diet.

Nutrition deficiency likely be a problem and hormon imbalance. Look up Doctor berg about acne and hormon imbalance
