It's amazing to see AMC doing well after all the doomsday analyses from naysayers. The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient - warren buffet. It's good to remind people of this right now; you buy on fear and sell on greed or just hold through it all for the long term. It’s easy but lots of people forget.

Boulder, that would be a NO! If you want a lot of restrictions and higher prices, go for it.
Alright, going to Boulder.
I love Boulder but it's not good for conservatives
I live in Colorado. I have for over 20 years. I wouldn't take advice from this list. No way.
How's Fort Collins?
Exactlyy I've been here for 15 years this list is false af.
I live on Colorado Boulder is not one of the best places to live one of the most frustrating in colorado. The females are bad asf but it sucks.
Denver is the top worst of the worst sketchiest people in the entire state live there. Now the jobs are good asf but it's too busy.
Colorado springs is shitty too because now they're competing with Denver to be the biggest, minimum wage ass jobs that suck ass.
Grand junction is pretty nice I ain't gon lie it's nice asf.
Pueblo it the cheapest place I'm Colorado to live. The hottest place in Colorado that's why it's cheap.
Castle Rock is a vibe I ain't even gonna lie but you heard that "fastest growing city in the nation" trust me it is.
Durango is a vibe I won't even cap I met my Gf here in Durango and let me tell you she was bad asf.
Louisville sucks
Ft Collins, don't do it. Had a gf who lives here and the rape rate on females drives me insane im just keeping it real with y'all cause someone has to.
Aurora? WTF!?!? Aurora is the place everyone knows you go to to get shot and killed pick any one other than Aurora whatever you do
@April Felix I think you may have misread. He never said the girls treated him like shit.😂😂. And when he said bad I think he was talking about looks not actions. 😂You must be high.
GirlyMuscleTV shitty.. price of rent is 1500 dollars > where normally should only cost 800 bucks
Everybody watching this just remember they don't know what they're talking about on this video
Yeah The grand junction one was bull
Yah pueblo is the worst place to live in Colorado.
icecat Lewis-Berkley boulder is worse lol
Where is a good place? Colorado Springs?

65 yro native of Colorado. Once upon a time was “The Best” state to live in...Today??...you better have BIG MONEY! There are not many of us natives left here in this state. Calif. moved in and “Ruined” our economy...lifestyle..and Colorado living. It’s so expensive it’s Rediculous! I won’t get started on the traffic...but ..think ...the L.A 405.
People from California ruin everywhere.

It's ok California did the same in Texas 😒😩

Pueblo, Co. Has one of the highest crime rates in America...seriously!
Phoenix Arizona does. It's kidnap capital
Got that right

Danister Echo Charlie damn phx, AZ is that bad??
@Danister Echo Charlie I will say I'd choose phoenix over colorado any day
Literally died laughing after number 1 answer. I knew once she said Pueblo, these people are confused.
Pueblo is easley the worst place to live in Colorado
I didn't make it that far... I live on the front range and only made it a partially through. Straight to the comments.....
Obviously, not nearly as confused as you are about the definition of the word “literally”.
Pueblo.....the Jewel of the Rockies, said nobody ever.
That's right, that's not how you pronounce Pueblo!
This video was probably sponsored by the Colorado real state companies.
The fact that Pueblo is anywhere on this list discredits the rest of it.
No doubt!
Playblo. LOL
Very True
Why do you say this. What is wrong with it? Seriously?
@@thephoenixcycle8854 it ain’t that bad
Most of these aren’t affordable unless if you are rich. Coming from someone that actually lived in Colorado.
How about Pueblo, any thoughts? It looks affordable, but gets some bad press.
@@ubomninomen7765 Don't move to Pueblo lol
@@ubomninomen7765 I moved to Pueblo from the Dallas area. Great city if you are looking to retire, have a good job lined up (hard to find), or have money. Seriously affordable, not crowded, and within driving distance to all that CO has to offer. Check I70 traffic to the mountains...you'll get there just as fast with a back end scenic drive. Wonderful homes in the 250 and up range. Keep to the nice hoods on the outskirts of town or consider Pueblo West. Is it exciting here? Not really but Springs is close.
I live in Colorado
I live in Denver, "Littleton" and have for 3 years now with no issues. I make 50k a year so I'm not rich by any means. Save and spend smart.!
Must of been made by someone who doesn’t live here.
Or someone who does and is trying to convince all the new people moving in to go to the bad spots 😂
Yeah. When she mentioned Pueblo I knew she didn’t have a clue what she’s talking about. Pueblo is the arm pit city of Colorado.
@@alexhaynes1107 Agreed!

Colorado is full... I hear Kansas is nice.
Nevada is full too. Especially you California's. Stay out.
i just moved to colorado from florida and i hear you guys say it’s full a lot, and it’s really not.
@@jaydiia1688 LOL because back in the early 1990s, prices for homes and renting and everything was really great until we got in a huge influx of Californians. Like a million or so in a year's time. Jacked up the prices in the Denver and other areas. That's why many Coloradans try to downplay living here. :D
Hey guess what moving there in oct 😊👍🏻 see you there DBAG
jaydiia I got stationed in Colorado in 2000 and they’ve always been crybabies about non natives but it got a lot worse in the last 9 years since recreational marijuana was legalized and the population, traffic, and cost of living went up a lot. They’ll either get used to it or they won’t the economy is good and there’s a ton of work or jobs here and that’s what really draws in people. I love it here and I’m not leaving.
Beau content..thanks alot for luvly posting
I can't stand going into Denver and I only go through the People's Republic of Boulder when I'm traveling to the town of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Stay away from Aurora unless you must go there to work, etc... I've been living in the Denver metro area for the last 17 years and this is my opinion of this video.
dude, just say Boulder, you don't need to say PeOplEs rEPuBliC oF BoUldEr to sound edgy, you just sound arrogant. Doesn't make you funny at all
I am born and raised from Denver since 1967. This is the worst video ever. Listen to the way she said Puaablo! Their # 1 Aurora is the place to avoid!
Peter Teehan...you are right. It's crazy to say Pueblo is better than Colorado Springs.
Aurora at number one? 😂. Obviously whoever is putting this video on has never been to Colorado.
I have been to several areas of Colorado. My being a Bronx born native and having a love more for city life? Denver at least to me was in many ways as well as Westhiemer ? Reminded me much of parts of the N.Y.C. area's. I don't live in New York City but I still in my heart love and always will love the Big Apple . I also use to live in Salem Massachusetts and that city is also a cool place in the country. In close . If living cost wasn't nearly as costly to that of San Francisco? I would certainly strongly move to Denver. Public light rail and good public city bus transportation is great. In my own view from visiting Denver and several other areas of Colorado? Denver would be the city there for me. Ciao.
I’m from Pueblo and I have family who have moved out of town. The cost of living is much better than any place I have lived (currently in UT). Pueblo doesn’t have all the bad stuff that they are given. But - I haven’t lived there for a long time. Now we are retiring and want to go “home”. Maybe NOT Pueblo but definitely Colorado!
Who put this list together holy shit missed it by a mile!!😂
LOL! I was born in Denver and grew up in Aurora (very close to montbello) - clearly this list is WAYYYYY off on it's assessment of almost every town on this lie of a list.
Boulder is full of what I call Yippies (hippies or yuppies) - just lovely people.
Worked in Downtown Denver - it's changed a lot after the passing of the pot law and lots of homeless sleeping everywhere - smells grreeeaattt!!
Pueblo has the highest crime and most poor people in the state & it's dirty - sooooo good times
Denver is becoming a mini SanFran thanks to everyone moving here.
Aurora is.............. well just be careful who you give dirty looks to and don't be surprised if your car or home gets broken into.
With a list like this I'm surprised Greeley or Commerce City wasn't on it.
They missed places like Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Loveland. No town is perfect but much better places to pick than what's on this list (except Castle Rock).
It was a good laugh though.
Yes. Highlands Ranch and Littleton are great areas to live.
Back in the early to mid 1990s, I lived in Castle Rock, then Denver, then Littleton for a bit. Worked in the DTC. Used to go to the Aurora Mall all the time. In 1989, I attended one year of Aurora Community College. Yeah. Aurora had more murders than Denver for a few years in the early 1990s. Crips and Bloods were around, drive-by shooting ramped up. I remember specifically the one in front of the Aurora Mall's movie theater. Used to go there all the time but stopped after the violence went up.
@@LightnLife3 that must of been the old movie theater. Yeay when the violence went up they closed it & then few years later built the centry 16 theater. I had a friend who worked at the old one & she got us in to see a "few free" movies but interesting goings on in that place.
It was sketchy as hell.
It was better than the dollar movie theater on the corner of Peoria & 6th though. I went there a few times. Interesting stories.
@@dawnsays1907 Yeah. I haven't been back to the mall area in many years. Interesting info!
Grand Junkyard and Pueblo the gangster alley that have over 100,000 people, they aint so great but every place isnt perfect!
Still not very cheap in Fort Collins or anywhere else in Colorado come here at your own risk
No where is good to live here, we have murder hornets and killer moose, elk that stalk you and deer that break into your house...
And snow, yes lots and lots of snow. Feet by the thousands..... probably should just avoid it here, you know whats fun?
Kansas, they have wind and fields o'plenty. And spinny whirlwind cones that are fun to watch. And its cheaper.
It’s fun until a tornado levels your home
Yup. Colorado sucks. You will absolutely hate it here. Alabama seems like a sure shot for ya. Lolol
Spoken like a true Coloradoan.
Tamera Nicholson - In Matt’s defense, we *do* have killer moose, occasional elk attacks, and *bears* that break into homes and vehicles (much more common than deer breaking in, *and* more dangerous). Then there’s the bubonic plague outbreaks among prairie dogs and squirrels; mountain lions that eat pets and occasionally attack humans; drought and huge wildfires that blanket the state in heavy smoke for weeks or months some years (like right now!). Maybe consider moving someplace that isn’t on fire half of the time! Snow isn’t a big deal to most of us, but it does often fall in measures of feet. I remember one storm dropping *7 feet* of snow in 2 days; try digging your way through that!
Oh . . . And it’s quite expensive, so in addition to a good mask (both for smoke & the current state rules for Covid-19), a 16 foot fence to keep the mountain lions from eating your dog, a 4WD vehicle, a large snowblower, and a generator for frequent power outages, you’ll need a very good-paying job.
Yeah! Colorado is a dump! Stop moving here please. I miss the pre legal recreational mj Colorado. Get your legal weed, visit, spend all your money and then kindly leave.
These people obviously don't live here
Talked about Colorado Springs but didn't mention outdoor activities, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods or US Air Force Academy. Also don't know how to pronounce Pueblo.
I’ve been a Colorado resident since 2008. I moved rom Florida.I must say that it is unfortunate what has happened here over the last few years. Rapid growth has made things expensive.
expensive!? I did the same move and can without a doubt say it's cheaper to live here... just wish someone told me how disgusting it is here
@@813johnnfla what do you mean disgusting?
Really

People do some research before you decide to move to Aurora I've lived here my whole of 50 plus years I would move to another state before I would live in what us locals politely refer to as Saudi Aurora look at the crime statistics if you don't know what part of town your in BEWARE!!!!
Yep. No to Aurora or Pueblo.
Saudi aurora lol my dad says that
This what happens when you use statistics to make these types of lists. I am thinking about moving to CO, and my relatives who live there specifically warned me to avoid Aurora.
@Steve connacher what cities did your relatives recommend instead?
Yep. Avoid Aurora and Pueblo.
@@nataliebarba3426 They didn't recommend any areas, they only said to avoid Aurora. They live just to the west of Denver.
Watching this... I live in Russia for all my life and this video seems like a dream 😣 omg, why wasn't I born in America
what's wrong with Russia? It's a lovely country
@@ModelsFiles 😂🥺 no...
@@Hndjdj400 There is a good person attitude in US, and there no attitude in Russia at all. I would love to have those issues))
Among those cities on the list! I’d either live in Denver or Aurora. But rest assured! I hope to live there in Colorado none the less! But one other place that is a great place to live that is not listed is Englewood! They are just minutes from Denver for those that might not know.
Aurora is the absolute last place you want to move trust me on this my wife comes from there
It's just an illusion what is being said here. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago places like Boulder or Ft. Collins or Denver were good... Today you have to be a millionaire or a trust funder to live in Boulder and any other resort community. Me? just a 3rd Generation Colorado Native. Oh well, someday maybe things will get better after a lot of people simply leave. The big fight will come over who gets water to use for their thirsty cities and where is it going to come from? All the rivers are over promised to the next state down the way with the Interstate Compacts of who gets the water.
And considering the level of corruption in the water stock market and the water courts.. the heavily populated areas paying the most taxes will own all the water dripping down from the Rockies. Now what devil came up with that racket, satan?
Love Grand Junction and surrounding area,be retiring out there.
Caught you!! You showed downtown Silverton when talking about Durango!!
No those pictures were up Durango I live here I know

Pueblo? Over Colorado Springs? You all crazy 😂

I love Pueblo and I currently live in Boulder. I could not live in Colorado springs. I often think about buying a house in Pueblo and relocating. Why I don't is due to the lack of good water and produce.
Heather Myers and meth heads. And it’s just ghetto Asf.
"Move to C o l o r a d o S p r i n g s ...it's not as close to pueblo as you think!"
I can’t even believe pueblo made this list😂 and i live 20 min away in the mountains lmfao i clicked hoping to see keystone, Breckinridge, vail, steamboat, frisco but nah they really put pueblo over Colorado Springs
Fort Collins is #1 in my opinion. Nicer than Boulder at a much lower cost.
I love Colorado
This is a funny video! Some of these places are nice but I am happy to live in a small town up in elevation! It is going to snow tonight/tomorrow! Not much is cheap in Colorado and those that are cheap like Pueblo and Greeley are not great places.
I got my BS at CU Boulder many years ago. Great college town. Now it's been "Californicated" and you can't get a decent home there for less than a million. Beautiful ? If you're one of the "beautiful people", probably yes.
Denver has become overcrowded, expensive, smoggy rude drivers, and ugly as Hell. I have lived in Denver since I was 17. I loved Denver but I moved to Mexico 3 years ago with my husband. We came back last year. I was shocked.
Where is Denver
As a native I can definitely say we hate all of you ppl coming in and ruining this state. If you are thinking of moving here to make it worse like most of the others that moved here I sincerely hope you break down on the way and stay where that is
LOL - as a native I second this
This the worst list I've ever seen.
Obviously they know little about Colo.
Colorado - potheads moving in, normal people moving out.
I have family in highlands ranch, nice area
Love
I love all the people on here crying now over populated it’s getting and how much it costs to live. Try living on Long Island or anywhere in NY. That’s why my fiancé and I are moving to CO. See ya there !
So beautiful United states very very nice
1:08 Aigt u won’t catch me there 😂
I love in Colorado. Moved here from Indiana. I wish I hadn’t. Very expensive and super dry. Desert really. Little green. Miserable weather. Super cold and then super hot with occasional hail.
@Jozeph Latino Reyes LOL
Best move back to hot, muggy buggy Indiana then!
Nice
This list is a bit inaccurate. I have lived in Colorado since 1999. This list is based on numbers only. Do not settle for Aurora or Pueblo. I live in Castle Rock now and work in Boulder, have lived in Denver most of the time here. Boulder and Louisville are very high cost of living. Denver and Colorado Springs are much more reasonable. Castle Rock or Parker are perfect for my family. Just my 2 cents.
I live in Castle Rock too, and love it.
Super film pięknie
Aurora nice Place and Alamosa.

I moved from Texas to Colorado Springs for 20yrs now we are in Cañon City ♥️
Hope you’re not in one of the many penitentiaries in Canon.
Boulder is very expensive and has a severe housing crisis. Taxes, for home owners, are very high.
Taxes are not the problem. It's the intentional stifling of new development anywhere near Boulder.
I’ve lived in Colorado since 1989 and I disagree with this list in so many ways! Where did they come up with this list! Crazy!
Pueblo? Cant even say it correctly.

Colorado springs Military Industrial complex...The churches that go with military lifestyle
Over crowded traffic a headache..in all direction .
It's beautiful and affordable in the Springs. It's affordable because of the many military bases--military folks don't make as much on average as civilians in the same types of jobs. I know this as a military brat and married to military vet. Traffic isn't that horrible there. I live in Castle Rock now but lived in Fountain (southeast corner of the Springs) from 2007-2013. I loved it there in the Springs.

Hahaha me too! Lived here all my life...I can't believe Aurora is number one!!!! 🤣😂
@@thomasshrenlas7396 Pueblo shouldn't even be on the list, imo.
Except for Colorado Springs all these cities are infested with radical leftists. There's a reason why everyone in Colorado says that it has been californicated. Colorado is soon to be on a rapid decline.
This video was an ultimate fail. P.s. I live in Colorado
How much of this video contains clips from the actual cities? I ask because you use the same clip to show two cities (though one of them was in reverse). You also don't mention how jam packed most of these cities are now (compared to 10 years) ago, how much the housing costs have risen in the last few years, and some of the other important factors I've learned while researching.
I think they embellished Pueblo with some of the housing they showed. Those are newer ones that may be in Pueblo West.
Aurora seriously!
Seriously...Grand Junction and Pueblo made the list? The average school rating there is 3 outta 10. And I would never live in Aurora. Checkout Longmont, Castle Rock, Erie, Frederick, Colorado Springs, Loveland, Fort Collins, North West Thornton, Littleton, Johnstown and Westminster. Those are the places I'd live and I'm from here.
thanks i am planning on moving to Colorado soon

Housing cost is ridiculous. Food prices and utilities are not bad. Great place to ride motorcycles. Traffic is awful during rush hour. I drove RTD for years.
where are all the small awesome mountain town like Breckenridge, Steamboat and Frisco?
Makes you wonder how they come up with this kind of list. Now I doubt all of their lists.
I moved to Colorado about three years ago to be by my daughter. It's a terrible place to live. Bad weather, nothing to do, dry and brown like the dark side of the moon, expensive and high tax. It was the biggest mistake of my life to move here.
