15:40 recon sweep you need to start wholly within 6 of a board edge and finish wholly within 6 of a board edge not your own. So you could use your DZ edge to trigger it so long as you finish wholly within 6 of a different one
29:55 probably don't reroll 4 hits, maybe if you get 3...

The only bad thing is low volume. Great video
Man, super thanks for this video. This helped me become our first champion for the new edition of Kill Team here in the Philippines, yesterday. I kept reviewing this video and it paid off in a very big way.
Congrats man! I saw the photos on GHD's discord, it looked like a really good event
@@rashestfern9693 it was! Novitiates to start and end my run was nerve-wracking, Blinding Light was annoying to deal with as it kept deflecting kill shots. But the aggressive movement and positioning tricks you outlined in this video made all the difference! Will keep coming back for future analysis!
You voice is quite quiet compared to the TTS audio. Overall good pointers.
Heard you on the GHD podcast. Looking forward to your videos helping me get better at Killteam!
Hopefully you do a Corsairs or Harlequin video soon :)
15:46 for the start of the movement the board edge you're 6" of can be your own. It's for the end of the dash that it can't
Yep a good point that I didn't make clear in the video, cheers!
Also, to specify, the rules say “you must end within 6” of an edge that’s not your own”. It does not say “you must not end within 6” of your edge”. So, as long as you end the move within 6” of another edge, you can also be within 6” of your own.
Awesome guide! How about more with better volume? :)
I really like the video, next time you should turn off the sound in TTS when you put down an operative. Its kind of spammed during the demos and make it harder to understand you.
100% this. that rattle sound got so irritating because the volume had to be cranked so i high to hear the voice!
Couldn't understand a word have you got a up dated one with better audio
enjoyed what i could hear, would be good to increase your mic volume!
And here I thought I knew what I was doing with the Pathfinders lol
What equipment do you recommend for each of the operatives. From the sounds of it, equipping as many EMP's would best.
Hi! I'm new to your channel. What is the name of the program/game you are using? Where i can found it? Thanks in advance!!
Great video thank you :) I cant wait for the Blooded video
Great video. I like your channel. Please make more videos.
Very interesting video! I would turn the volume off your table top simulator though. Very annoying. Or just turn it down.
What should we write in order to find those tts maps
I wanted to watch the video but couldn't because of the audio level. Far too low
Great video! Could you make one about kommandos? 🤠
Haha, kommandos might be up next ;)
Audio skip at 11:48?
How are you doing this simulator? Would really like more information to do that
Hi! It's tabletop simulator, a game available on steam. Its a general purpose board game simulator but you can download mods from the workshop for different models, maps etc. to your heart's content
If you want pointing in the direction of kill team specific resources I can point you in the right direction
@@rashestfern9693 Id like some info on that, please. I found a lot of stuff for KT18, and I still don't know how to move and measure at the same time...
Question , do we need two boxes for a complete fireteam or is one box enough?
Hi! One box is enough to build a complete kill team but not a full roster with all the options
With one box I'd recommend building all the specialists, with the 2 weapon experts with rail rifles and then recon and gun drones. You'll also have enough parts for one more drone and I'd make that a marker drone. This gives you a solid take all comers list which I actually used for all 4 games at my last tournament
You could also not glue the drones together (they push fit) so you can swap them out between games
If you are up for magnetising I'd suggest having the weapons experts with the option of either rails or ions
To get a full competitive roster you'd need enough bits to build the extra operatives
@@rashestfern9693 cool. No tournaments here just play with friends !
@@robertviscomi8199 Haha, enjoy!
Can you pleas give links to mods that you use in this video to tabletop simulator?

Can't hear the volume and get tired of looking at the CC.
Legit
Okay. So there are vids explaining how to win with them...but how do you beat them? What should you focus on as the opponent?
It's tough, but recon requires them to get up the board. They also struggle on missions with a mission action primary like loot and salvage. Your best bet is to try push them back, score points where you can and eke out the win even if you get tabled in the process. Easier said than done!
Your voice is very hard to hear.
