Im in freaking tears, thank you! This song takes me back to a very special time, 17 and in love for the first time, 1985, dancing in the crowd with my first love. Good shit!
I love this song...was 10 years old...that year my parents bought me my first boom box and van halen 1984 and Beverly Hills sound track cassette tapes...hahahah. I sported grey parachute pants, jams, and Michael Jordan's first red high tops...thank you for helping bring back cherished memories from my rusty brain...happy holidays
My aunt and her boyfriend saw Tears for Fears last summer in Cebu. They said it was the best f*****g concert ever and they sound better than when she saw them in 1985. One of my top songs, it's pure magic listening to this everytime!
How not to love you Roland!!??❤ No me canso de escucharte Roland, no me canso de escuchar TFF. Saludos afectuosos desde Chile🌻Brasil.
@CelesteK Thank you for the subtitles of their conversation. "Bravo Magazine"... finally demystified! It's so hard picking up that part, so thank you! :) By the way, in '95, Roland said of having deliberately made everyone say "This is exactly the Beatles!" with STSOL. So, I'm surprised by the degree of his adoration already present in "We're called the Beatles!" joke.
It's good that Roland was able to make a joke at the photographer's expense. "Bravo Magazine, the biggest entertainment magazine of Europe" "And who are you photographing today?"? "The band called Tears For Feas? Tears for Fears is that right?"? "No," "No? What is it then?"? "We're called the Beatles!" "The Beatles!" "AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" LOL! I loved the look on Roland's face too. "Tears For Feas? Do your research buddy."
My take on the photography scene ("It won't look no good") was that Roland was good-naturedly teasing Curt about his looks, not the photographer. But now I've rewatched it and yeah - I see the blunder now! LOL And now if you'll excuse me... *Swooooooooooooooon* :-)
One of the best songs, from one of the best albums, from one of the best bands - ever.
They also donated a bucketload of money to aid the August 2012 flood disaster while touring the Philippines. BEST DAMN BAND EVER. GOD BLESS THEM
My favorite song. These guys created their own musical genre!
My most favorite TFF song...has stand the test of time
Masterful and magnificent

You hit it right on the nail. 1985 is the year for TFF. Cant forget Rocky IV, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome , The Breakfast Club & Commando.

Seriously every time I watch another video with TFF I love them even more:) They'reth both hilarious and not stuck up at all :)

back from when they were still making transcendent music before they went pop ......
@CelesteK Once again, thank you! because I like this part so much in SFTBC film. :)
@bunarbashi Oh no problem. I knew that Roland was trying to make light of the photographer's blunder. That man has got a wicked sense of humor. :)
At the end of the concert Curt came out wearing a T-Shirt of the Philippine flag:) and people cried happy tears. Mabuhay!
Belíssima canção!
Gracias por este entrañable video!!

TFF's peak moment.
Any videos with PPGs, Emulators or Prophets in them I'm sure to like.
And. . . Jupiter-8 😊
I carelessly didn't have that fact in mind when I wrote the above comment. Shame on me... :/
Roland made a joke. Possibly it was because the potographer felt a bit akward in that moment. :)

The begining of The Working Hour sounds like music from a soap opera, lol
He's German. He mispronounced it, and tried to correct himself. He also had a bit of wine.. ok? Lighten up, Francis.
Beverly Hills cop :)
