Agreed. One toy I remember very well is Dino-Riders.

I was also confused about calling them "forgotten," these toys were huge in the 1980's and people still have collections today. My favorite would have to be Masters of the Universe.

You said these were forgotten toys. Cabbage, patch dolls, Carebear’s and my little pony are still around. Although they do look a little bit different from the ones from the 80s, so maybe they are a little bit forgotten. When I was a kid I was all about he-man and She-Ra figures. I had so many of these and the castles and the accessories. I still have them in a box in my garage, and they still bring a smile to my face whenever I open the box and see the well worn dolls of my childhood.

I don't know if I still have any of my 80's toys. I might still have Cotton Candy, the first My Little Pony I got when I was four. I had a lot of My Little Ponies, and some of them might still be in the attic. I might still have a miniature pound puppy put away, but I gave my big one to my niece a few years ago. I had some She-Ra figures as well, but I think those got sold a few years ago. I remember I wanted the mermaid one, but I never got her. I had a lite-brite, a cabbage patch kid, and a view finder when I was a kid too. I remember seeing commercials for all of these except Madballs, and I remember watching the 80's My Little Pony and Friends cartoon sometimes and also the Ghostbusters cartoon.

The toy Ghostbusters more resemble the characters from the cartoon series ironically called "The Real Ghostbusters," rather than the ones from the live action movie.

Not really forgotten toys. Many of these are still being sold in stores today. I even seen Pound-puppies in stores. Spyrozone cartoon and toys, Photone (light lazor gun) had a live action and cartoon series plus toys, are some examples of about forgotten toys.
The Monsterballs was a good one, Teddy Roc Ben another good one too.

Yeah I found one at THRIFT STORE before KIDS ruined it.
Now everything I COLLECT goes in CLOSET.
I have a VINTAGE DELUXE SCRABBLE game been wanting to PLAY.
But FAMILY GAME NIGHTS are very RARE now.
Maybe I'll get lucky asking NIECES for that.

The pogo ball would quickly wear a set of nasty blisters on your inside ankles. I don't recommend it
