I played the Kaito Files and I love the potential of Kaito standing on his own. I loved the story in the DLC and I hope the next Judgement game allows us to play as Kaito more or switch between him and Yagami
This was a dam good review of the DLCs. I managed to get the Ultimate Edition on sale in June on PSN ($27) post watching this review. I'm glad I did as I liked all it's contents. I'm on chapter 11 right now of the main storyline and boy is this game way better than Judgement. Can't wait to play Kaito Files too.
Yes and yes. And if you love Kaito since first Judgment game,Then,Yes. This DLC done him justice. Plus,He is first Yakuza universe protagonist that finally god laid with women since Shinada Tatsuo from Yakuza 5. So,Buy it. Plus,Kaito is lovable himbo.
The closest we got was the gauntlet mode in LJ. I agree though it would’ve been really cool to have a coliseum that makes you play around certain gimmicks

Now the question is, can this season pass will include on PS5 version? Can I play on PS5 version immediately or shall I need to play on PS4 version first? Thanks and I hope you got my question. Sorry brother I haven’t been too active on RUclips lately, but if you purchase the season pass on the PlayStation Store then it should entitle you to both the PS4 and PS5 versions of the pass. Hope this helps you!

Let me just say first i completed judgment back 2 weeks ago and it is my first Yakuza franchise game. Gotta say i love it (in terms of combat, story plot etc) although some mini-games tend to be little bit tedious & RNG based (which i hate it). I'm currently playing Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise. Gotta say yeah i do love it also but the path to get the platinum trophy can be quite grinding Naturally i do tend to play Lost Judgment most likely next year. And i maybe in luck even so, considering i just found out a friend of mine played it already and was even willing to lent it to me (i did offered to buy it from him, but he's a RGGS and has all the Yakuza games & not willing to sell it) So i was happy thinking all i need is just borrow his copy and legit buy the DLC from my own account. But after seeing the price of the complete DLC, it does put me into second thought of whether i should buy it. In my country, the price of the DLC is basically half of its base story game. But don't get me wrong, if by some miracle RGGS has a sale on the PSN for the DLC, i would buy it.
I recommend Yakuza 0 next. ForNS was my first the. Yakuza 0-6, Judgment, now on Lost Judgment, wanna get the season pass cheap and contemplating if I should play like a dragon. Happy gaming.

Good review overall & liked the details, I think this Season Pass is like 7, but since it's polished game, I'll give it an 8 Still 10x better than those BS online games with no story.. Single Player games are fun when they're polished
The reasons why no game in this series won Game of the Year are: 1. No PC port. Many people don't know them. 2. Not sponsored by Sony. If these games are Playstation exclusives, Sony will promote them a lot.
Sad thing is there would be no new Judgement game in the future. I completed Judgement Eye Remastered two days ago and I couldn't believe this game was so so good. I had already played other very popular 3A games, such as The Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey, Unity, and Valhalla, RDR2, Elden Ring, Devil May Cry 5, and so on. I can say Judgement Remastered is too in combat, story, cinematic show, and everything. Yesterday, I began Lost Judgement. The new Judgement game improves combat system and adds some other systems such as stealth kill.
Well reason, why there wasn't be new Judgement game, was that Sega couldn't put the game on the PC due to Takuya Kimura's agency didn't want the series on PC but now on PC hopefully there will be a new Judgement game

I agree! Kaito was really well written and I think the prospect of him being the new face of the Judgment series is something I could get down with.
Ideally if having so many payable characters wouldn't bog them down, I'd like to play a judgment game as Yagami, Sugiura, Higashi, and kaito.

How do Judgment series (with arguably the best RGG combat) not have a coliseum mode, it's crazy.
