The admin exclusives aren't made by developers. They are exclusive to the person that made them and people they allow it to. Lord doesn't have any power over the customs.
Only admins have access to Sakuya sadly, I saw one user using it and said only Admins can use it. *it was understandable cuz sakuya had 800 hp in phase 1*
That was probably not Sakuya since it's identical to ss Sakuya. They might've changed the hp with commands, or that might've been staras custom character with that much hp
You can use the createbot command with the settings as "agressive" "safe: yourself" and "locked: the other bot". You will have to spawn the first dummy without the locked part

And for the second one I bet you 2 friends to do it because sans man doesn't exist anymore and also sans man second phase is supposed to have a sans man map. Plus these guys have more then 2 phases so that's my assumption.
Or it was prerecorded before sans man had a crazy second phase with 1666 health and you gave sans woman probably your friend nodebounce and nocooldown. But I don't remember sans man having FIVE PHASES.

It does not have a command and it's only for people with script perms. The bot takes the appearance of the name it's given.
