@@fireweed6094 hey, I think inside Gaza there's no real organization for animal rights and liberation. But all I hear and see, are really individual efforts where people rescue animals and medically treat them if they are injured. A few colleagues in Gaza are also personally active in that regard, and sometimes they get help from Israelis across the borders, but they are not organized. I'm not from Gaza, but that's what Gazan friends tell me.

Did you or are you going to mention this ANIMAL RIGHTS ACTIVIST and lawyer Wayne Hsiung was found guilty of felony conspiracy and two misdemeanor charges on Thursday for rescuing ailing animals from factory farms in Sonoma County, California.
You know, given what's been happening in Ukraine for almost 2 years, to say nothing of Syria for the last 12, without serious consequences being imposed on the perpetrator, I don't see any action being taken to stop the slaughter in Palestine. The world's security systems are completely incapable of stopping aggressions of this kind. I am so tired of humans. Their treatment of animals is on a spectrum of general violence towards all living beings including themselves. Thanks for showing integrity in addressing what's happening in Gaza.
Thank you for this video Jake. I think that the events taking place in Gaza show the colonial mindset at its very worst. I would say that people actively involved in the exploitation of animals, in whatever form, show a similar mindset.
Any idea what will happen if there's a ceasefire now? I'm sure you've heard one of the Hamas leaders say they're going to repeat Oct 7th not just once but again and again.... and celebrate them too, no doubt. It's time to understand the mindsets behind these tragedies more deeply. It's easy to take sides when we're not involved in it personally. As outsiders it's our duty to look for long-term and final solutions instead of not really understanding which ideology actually teaches hatred and violence.
“final solutions” indeed- there is a genocide happening in Gaza allegedly on behalf of a community who should know the horrible and destructive meaning of “final solutions”; of course the reality is that Israel could not be further from representing the Jewish community. Jews I know are not murderous fascists.
Ive written 2 lenghty responses to this and RUclips keeps deleting them. Short of the long - what's happening is only radicalizing the youth and the disenfranchised. That doesn't lead to peace. It leads to more people wanting revenge.
