I applied for this card few months back and i had 800+ cibil plus zero inquiry, got rejected. Than i applied for Tata neu and IDFC n got infinity and wealth LTF with good starting limit

Hello I have this card if you miss 5 k spends in one billing cycle you won't be able to use longe access for the following one month only once you spend 5 k in current billing cycle your lounge access benifit will resume

Yes , there is Jupiter Debit Card issued by Federal bank which claims to be lifetime free but after some months they said they updated their policy and now you have to pay annual charges rs199/annum.

No as per RBI guidelines once a card is given as LTF to customer it should continue with out any charges. Bank can change its TnC but not the fee on card.

It is not a lifetime free card. It nowhere mentions this word "lifetime free" on their website.
