Motherboard - NZXT N7 Z590
CPU - Intel i7-11700K
NVME - WD Black SN850 ( • How to install WD_Blac... )
NVME - Samsung 970 Evo ( • How to install NVMe M.... )

I use the AK620 for my 5900x, it cools it very well. And barely made it fit in my itx build.
Great cooler for price to performance, i just wish deep cool provided an extra set of mounting clips.
That's a really pretty cooler. I'm planning a new showroom rig for a customer, and looking at white coolers to go in a Fractal Torrent Nano (or any Torrent, really, that's not negotiable lol). This is really neat - the other possibility is a Thermalright dual tower something.
I was considering getting this cooler for my Asus Z90-E board. But this board has a 5th M.2 slot. It´s PCI-E 5.0 and therefore features a HIGH PROFILE M.2 Shield. I´d lke to know if this will make the installation impossible or whether I might have any problem (other than having to reinstall the cooler, should I ever care to populate that M.2 slot). Unfortunately, there´s no compatibility list like Noctua features.
It´s been 10 years since my last build. I might be writing nonsense here, but I REALLY can´t tell whether that bulky M.2 shield of the Strix Z790-E would be HIGHER than an RGB RAM module. Neither do I know whether the AK620 might be slightly lower on that particular place. Hence my concern.
Can you chante the orentiation of the Fans so its on the other side? I don't want to cover my RGB Ram
piece of advice, screw down screw 1 for 5 rotations, then screw down screw 2 for 5 rotations. this way, thermal paste will spread out as evenly as possible. and yes, you applied way too much thermal paste. a simple rice grain sized is more than enough.
The manufacturer's manual calls for 5 dots. I think they would know best.
Hey so I switched from a liquid cooler to this exact air cooler (but in black). Are you able to overclock the pc with this air cooler? I'm hearing conflicting things that you can and cannot
You can overclock it without any problems if you know what you are doing
Sir if you can help.. Should i use the deepcool thermal paste thats comes with it or its ok if i use mx4? Do you have idea which one best to go?
You can use either. There's probably not loads of difference
@@TheProvokedPrawn idk the deepcool looks not good to me have you tried it before?
HI, I have the hypex 212 cooler master, and I would change for other better, this DeepCool AK620 WH es better option or is some similar like the 212 cooler master? thank you!
I just bought 3 of these and on all 3 the heat sinks were not lined up as one was lower than the other on all 3. very poor QC by Deepcool.
Will it fit with a ram having 4.4 cm ram clearance?
Great video. You have a superb voice! I’m a dad trying to get the basics right. I’m part way through getting my son’s build. I’ve got an MSI z590 gaming plus motherboard with Corsair vengeance ram 2 x 16Gb RGB. 1. Will this clear the ram? 2. Will it completely block out the RGB lights? I ask because I think the ram will be configured in the 2nd and 4th slots. Many thanks for any help you can give.
It will probably block the RGB yes
@@TheProvokedPrawn thanks!
@@TheProvokedPrawn so do you have to put the ram sticks in the 3rd and the 4th slots and if so will that take away any speed and power from the ram sticks?
@@shahinohanian95 I know this is late, but 99% of the time, running ram sticks in the 3rd and 4th slots will NOT run in dual channel, so your PC will feel like a slug
Oh god your voice is giving me goosebumps
enjoy!? :)
Will it fit in a Fractal Airpop 2.0?
I have a TridentZ royal ram with 44mm height, will I have to lift the front Fan for it to fit ? Also if I want to add a 3rd rear fan, will I have to lift it up as well ?
same im building my pc with those ram sticks and i was wondering of they will fit with this CPU cooler ?? pls let me know
@Theprovokedprawn
Considering getting this over a 280mm AIO
Does it fit into a micro atx case?
depends what case noob.
Is corsair vengeance rgb pro fit this cooler?
I'm late but in case anybody else that comes across this comment needs to see it, yes corsair vengeance rgb sticks will fit under this cooler (though it is a tight fit, they're really close to touching the fan)
Nice typo on the title
Dammit. Thanks.
😁
nice video man
Thank you
