How to sync or set up your bluetooth phone in the Ford Focus and other Sync equiped cars. - VOTD

If you have a newer Ford with the Sync System, this video will show you how to connect your phone. I did this on a 2013 Ford Focus and connected my Droid to the Sync system. I was a little confused with the options procedures but I got it figured out.

I got my new 2014 Ford Focus for Christmas and I've been loving it from day one. I just hadidn't like the mishap with the sync system. Thankful that the internet helped me find a solution. I posted the solution just before this post.

If your 2014 Ford Focus Sync System ever stops reading your phone's bluetooth, just simply take the sync fuse out & put it right back in. You'll have to go under the hood of the car to get the fuseclip. It's located on the right hand side of the car. Unclip the black fuse box & retrieve the red clip. The fuse box that holds the sync fuse is located inside the car on the passenger side under the glove compartment box down by the light. I don't know for how long but,It fixed me right up.

Use your phone and pair your phone to the car.

Hit the command and ask for Bluetooth media or audio depending on the options. Will connect to whatever streaming you want!

hi I noticed you tried the up and down and it didn't seem to work, I have been trying to go up and down for other options down the bottom of the screen and have no idea of how to just wondering do you know how to down down like when you had it coming up set 911 assist? it has option send or end down the bottom of the screen how do you get to the send and the end please thanks Leanne
