Hi, I would advise, do the Surya namaskar first, finish your asana practice (at least the backbends) and then do this. Forward folds and restorative asanas like Shavasana can be done in the end.
Hi there! I would recommend start with 2-3 rounds of Chandra Namaskar and take it up to about 5. Since it is a cooling practice, you don’t need to do many rounds :)

The video would be more clear if u had put the text on the up instead of down, b'coz ur complete body movement is not clearly visible & very beginners may not understand. Otherwise its really good.
When you teach, it would be lovely if you would mirror us - so that when we step with the left foot, you step with the right, so that its a mirror reflection. Some. People are auditory, others visual... It's confusing when you step with your left foot, but it mirrors our right foot. Hari OM

Hi Soniya, you can do moon salutation 3-5times. Don’t worry, once you practice a few times you will get there :)
