    Equipment: Pilates Ball and 2-3kg Hand weights
    Focus: Core & Lower Body
    Reformer & Springs Translation:
    I am using the Align Reformer, equip with the following springs:
    1 x Green: Heavy / 100% (2.5)
    2 x Red: Medium / 60% (1)
    2 x Blue: Light / 40% (0.6)
