Corozal is not just the sleepy town bordering Mexico anymore. Come with us and lets see why Corozal is a unique getaway for tourists and Belizeans alike.
I think KREM TV and BTL did a really good job on this video to help the people of Belize see what's available right here in our own "back yaad." And I know the people at Serenity Sands make a very positive contribution to the Corozal community and to the earth with their eco-tourism practices as well doing what they can for the community. See their website and their Facebook page, type Serenity Sand B&B in the search box. And be sure and check out June's Kitchen in Corozal.
@dianajoybz06: The image of kids flouting danger and embracing their prepubescent imprudence by jumping off a bridge is authentic. It is exactly what tourists can expect to see if they themselves were to take a road trip in Belize. Therefore, if the goal of the show is to capture the essence of Belizean culture -- and its concomitant attractions -- in its unfettered beauty, then the show thus far can claim success.
Up to 10 minutes. Wondering if by the end of this I will see Corozol? If there actually is such a "town"? Well I clicked forward, then clicked again to the 3rd "Insert ad here" Never did see a TOWN. Next video
@relaxter... Children jumping off a bridge unsupervised is not a "concomitant attraction." It goes to further show how irresponsible parents and society are by letting this occur and to further encourage it. I wonder what would have happen if one of those kids would have gotten hurt? There would have been alot of footage editing, but a tourist would not be able to edit that from memory. Belize has a well protected enviroment let's not exclude our children from it.
