Hey sis, I was wondering when you were going to come back! I have great news to report that this year has been awesome for my edges/hairline! I have completely grown it back, and my loctician has been able to install over 40 new locs 🙌🏾! I am so happy and so glad I took a chance on what I did since Jan 2024. I am 26 months microlocd, and my hair still hasn't completely locd all the way yet! I did not think it was possible, but I'm proof that you can grow your hairline back. I have maybe 2-4 more locs, I would hope to grow in a couple of areas in the front of my head. But if they don't, what has grown is tremendous! And Im finally able to put my hair up in a ponytail or bun without feeling self-conscious. If I didn't take pictures from where I started, people would never be the wiser! Love your hair! 😊
You helped me to make the journey. I started my journey two years ago and my hair is on my shoulders. My locks are beautiful too. Thanks for inspiration!!
Your hair looks AMAZINGGG!!! And, you look gorgeous.😍 New year coming, and it will all just get better, and betterer!!!😉🤗 Just let your hair, BE & THRIVE! 🥰🙏🏽😉
Ok, CeCe I see the growth and confidence. lm loving your honesty, this journey has truly been beautiful to witness. keep glowing, Sis You are a beautiful soul. Your locs are unique to you. That's it that's all. ❤
Your loc journey has been amazing to watch! I understand the frustration of trying to figure out what to do about the edges. I like to lay down the edges but hate the product buildup that comes with using gel.
❤ thank you so much for sharing your journey. You are my favorite and I can’t wait until my 4-yr anniversary. In two weeks I’ll be celebrating my 3-yr anniversary and I’m loving my progress too. Keep the videos coming because we’re excited to see you.❤
Hey CeCe congratulations on your 4yr locaversary! Your Sisterlocs are gorgeous. I’ve been following your loc journey since the beginning and I love ❤️ your loc growth and length. I celebrated my 4yr Sisterloc anniversary on Nov 1st going for my 6 wk Retie tomorrow and will take pics. I also have Thin low density loose curl locs. I try to take loc pics every 6 mos and annually. I miss the volume when my locs were shoulder length. Now locs are close to bra strap and thinner. But still the best hair decision and loving 🥰 my loc journey.
Thank you so much! ❤️ congrats on your 4yrs as well! 👏🏿 I can agree, I miss the volume from when mines were shorter as well. I also agree that this was and still is, the best decision for my hair! I absolutely love mines as well!
Thank you! 🥰 Life! I may do an update so I can fill yall in. But I'm back and happy to be back! It's hard getting back in the routine when you get knocked off of it.
I was just looking at one of your old videos and I am so amazed at how full your hair has come. I know black hair can grow and will grow and has the ability to thrive. You are proof. Love the color. Are you planming on coloring anytime soon? I would love to dye my locs. I think I'm going to try Henna because I don't want to bleach my locs. As far as my edges, I have a little tough of hair where I lost locks and I just coil them and it looks just like regular locks until they grow out and I can interlock them
Thank you! 🥰 my hair has amazed me as well! I didn't know it was possible. Glad I shared this journey. I don't plan on coloring my Locs any time soon. I've never tried henna, but it sounds like it won't be harsh. If you do it let me know how it does. If I do decide to color mines again, I'll be going back dark.
You have such a beautiful face. Your locs and the color are amazing ! A question on the back loc: Could you not just cut the knot and reattach the remaining loc without the knot ? Not sure is possible but just asking
You're locs looks great❣️ I'm in the metro east area and I'm currently shopping for a new loctition. Can you drop the name of the shop/loctition in MO 🥰🔒
I have traditional locs and decided to interlock my front row locs. When I loc my left side my hair falls out and there is a bald spot. But when I wash and loc it falls out. Do you have any advice about it?
I don't use any products at all ....no oils...no conditioner. All I use is Suave clarifying shampoo and my locs are fluffy and lightweight after 2.5 years. And I have no lint.
You are doing phenomenal with managing your edges🙏🏾
O. M. Goodness!!! Your hair continues to blow my mind!! You look(have always) gorgeous.
☺️ Thank you so much! ❤️

Your loc journey has been amazing to watch! I understand the frustration of trying to figure out what to do about the edges. I like to lay down the edges but hate the product buildup that comes with using gel.
I'm sick of the build up as well. It is frustrating but I'm working on it! 🥰 I really want to get to the point were my hairline has no product.

Thank you so much! ❤️
You and your locs are gorgeous! I have been maintaining my locs myself and have been considering finding a pro to do my reti's.
It's different, but the time it saves me is amazing. It's nice to go get you hair done and be a client again. 😌
Hi beautiful, your hair never disappoints! Where you been !!! 😊❤

I WOULD LOVE TO GET SISTER LOCS BUT I SUFFER WITH THE BALD SPOT ON THE SIDE LIKE YOURS...... I LOVE YOUR LOCS THEY LOOK AMAZING ❤
I understand that hesitation but sometimes you gotta just do it. There's nothing to lose.
You have such a beautiful face. Your locs and the color are amazing ! A question on the back loc: Could you not just cut the knot and reattach the remaining loc without the knot ? Not sure is possible but just asking
That's a good idea, I truly hate I didn't think of that at the time because I have reattached one of my other locs. 😔
Lovely ❤
Thank you! 🥰
❤ always pretty
🥰 thank you!
You're locs looks great❣️ I'm in the metro east area and I'm currently shopping for a new loctition. Can you drop the name of the shop/loctition in MO 🥰🔒
She works out of her home, so I will reach out to her and make sure it's ok and get back to you asap! Promise!
I have traditional locs and decided to interlock my front row locs. When I loc my left side my hair falls out and there is a bald spot. But when I wash and loc it falls out. Do you have any advice about it?
Unfortunately I don't, I have no idea why that's happening. 😕 is your hair very fine in that area?
I don't use any products at all ....no oils...no conditioner. All I use is Suave clarifying shampoo and my locs are fluffy and lightweight after 2.5 years. And I have no lint.
I absolutely love the way they feel without product. It's really shocking the difference I feel in them!
Hello,
Do you braid and band at night for bed? I'm about a year next month.
No, I haven't had to braid and band for 2yrs. I just pineapple it at night with a satin scarf and I sleep on a satin pillowcase
Does your retightening hurt ?
No
Hey CeCe I Love It !!! I got Microlocs last month Just embracing the process 🫶🏾🤍
Thank you! 🥰 and yes Queen, embrace it , it is so worth it! ✨️
maybe just do coils on the edges instead of laying the edges.
Yeah, that's what I'm working towards.
