Going through severe depression anxiety attacks taking medications after my mental breakdown. I almost wasted my 20s because of this. But now I'm again building up myself to get through this. Thanks mam for such valuable video. There were days I thought of giving up on myself people left I got cheated by someone I trusted a lot. Now I know my value and self worth . Jo bhi life m huwa hain wo mere liye huwa h. Bura ho ya accha its happening for me.
